I tried to order the $30 special and I was having a hard time making the girl taking my order understand what I wanted. She kept asking me if I wanted pick up or delivery 3 different times. I told her 3 different times I wanted a large pizza. She didn’t ask me what I wanted to drink. When it was finally delivered I told the driver my experience trying to order a pizza. She informed me that there’s problems with the person who took my order. It’s 2 days later and I tried to call in an order and my phone number is blocked.

They have the best antipasto salad around, but the pizza is hit or miss. Sometimes it seems like they watered down the sauce. The pizza is sometimes soggy in the middle. I don’t know if they’re not allowing the dough to proof all the way, or if they’re watering down the sauce, but if you don’t order a stuffed crust the middle of your pizza will be gooey.

Really tired of them messing up and not offering any compensation for it!!! Show up to get my pizza that the app says is ready BUT no pizza here for me so now I get to wait…. Nothing offered for my wasted time. Have had other times where the order has been wrong and I either leave with no pizza or I have to wait for them to make another one… AGAIN no compensation for my wasted time.
Time to find a new pizza joint I guess since this one doesn’t seem to get that my time is valuable!

Went to Hung Howie‘s order a pizza sub large got back home pizza sub was not done dough I called back up there let the manager know he gave me a credit go back up there to get my credit the next day same thing pizza is not done in Dugh so I asked the store manager Can I get something else that’s equal the amount and he got ruled with me and told me no they have to be a piece of sub but I keep getting a dough pizza that’s not done
