The beef and sauce is good until I saw my next bite, gross! The meat still pink on the inside! They need to train their cook very well to get what you paid for!

So, this is an average burger place. Nothing too special. It tastes good like a burger should. Definitely would try again. If you’re taking the train to Houston or passing through this is a good place to stop. Staff was friendly. And it’s in a food hall.

Phenomenal food! From the super crispy fries that have the right amount of crunch to savory Golden Frisco, they have a little bit of something for everyone. We immediately got greeted by July and the energy she gave us instantly let us know that we were going to have an amazing experience and we were not wrong. despite the enormous account of people ordering food during the a New Lunar year event, the food and service were on point.

This place was a great stop inside of POST Houston. I got the patty melt type burger with onion jam (sorry I forgot the name). It was fresh, the taste was good but I would have loved to taste the jam a little more. Overall, top notch burger. Well worth the wait.

First this establishment is located within The Post @ International Food Hall off Franklin Street. Google it, and you won’t get lost.
We saw an old picture online and so we had to try it. However, per the employee they have changed their ingredients some very long time ago. So we were directed to the loaded french fries. She noted that they were comparable to the burger as it’s all the same ingredients, minus all the veggies.
It was a delicious and flavorful. The secret sauce is very unique. Reminded me of a sandwich spread w/ mustard. The grilled onions were on point, as were the fries. It all had a nice crunch to it all. The meat was ok, nothing great.
The server was helpful, educated on the menu, polite, and quick.
We went during the week, while it was not busy. And practically empty for a 4pm. I have been during events, and or weekends. I’d suggest avoid going during those prime time hours as it will be packed. Not only inside, but also the parking lot.
The parking lot(s) are all around. Prices vary based on time spent. You can pay it on site via the exit, or via the website for a speedier exit.

It was pretty good but it’s not $12 good. Can’t tell if it was Wagyu at all. Food at The Post is expensive.
Too bad America food courts are so expensive compared to street vendors in the rest of the world. We tried to be cool and call our stuff street food but then charges premium price to eat at “Street food” WTH!!! How I missed real street food in Asia and South America. Good and cheap.

Beware of the 3oz patties on these overpriced burgers. I order the All American and the bun was cold and the beef was the size of a Happy Meal burger at McDonalds, but cost $18 with drink, fries and tip.
They should warn customers before they purchase, I brought it to the cashier’s attention and he just looked puzzled and didn’t care.
The bun hangs off way past the patty and they should have used a slider bun, that would have been more appropriate.
