I ordered a pizza with an expected delivery time of 20-25 minutes, but it took two hours to arrive. After an hour, I called and the person I spoke with was laughing while answering my questions, which was pretty frustrating. I called again after two hours and asked for the manager. To their credit, the manager was helpful and gave me the pizza for free due to the extreme delay. While the initial service was poor, the manager’s handling of the situation was appreciated.

Eric was beyond rude and disrespectful today. Yelling at me that our house address doesn’t exist. Arguing what i was trying to help him with the best i could. Assuming we aren’t home. Just rude and argumentative. I’m pregnant and this was not how i expected to be treated (just trying to keep my hormones positive) by a pizza place we like and order from recently with no issues before. The pizza was over and hour late and he stated someone already delivered it…? But how if our address doesn’t exist according to Eric…sigh.

The food at this location has really gone downhill. The pizzas are just awful and the toppings are old. The chocolate chip cookie was so stale and hard. I had to put it in the microwave to soften it up just so that I could eat it. If you are going to make us pay $20 for a pizza you could at least give us fresh toppings.

I messed up on my own order ordering it online. The man at the front counter offered to fix my screw up… MY screw up… Lol obviously a great staff and it seems like hungry Howie’s does well for their employees bc I always seem to recommend them at almost every location I go to.

Terrible. Not able to handle the orders. Ordered a 3:20 pm to be ready at 5:00. Wasn’t ready until 5:25 pm. Would not recommend if you want your pizza on time.

I just want to say how incredibly impressed I am with Mike from Highland Hungry Howie’s! He really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Last Friday, Jan 10th, I placed an order and when I arrived to pick it up, the lobby was full of people waiting which I had not encountered before. Although I arrived at the time I was told my order would be ready, I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes in the store. It was really quite frustrating, especially since my husband and I had somewhere to be that evening. On Sunday, the 12th, I received a voicemail from Mike (who I assume is the manager) apologizing for the poor service myself and others experienced on Friday. He also let me know that I have a credit waiting for me the next time I order. This would’ve been impressive enough if I had submitted a complaint but I didn’t. I am sure he made the same call to each and every customer that placed an order that night. Mike, I really, really, appreciate your awesome customer service! I also want to tell your staff that I am sorry for any impatience I may have displayed while waiting. I know that was not an easy situation to navigate for them that night and I’m sure they were all doing the best they could! Looking forward to our next pizza!

Everytime I cash in my reward pizza it’s made horrible 3rd time now so I think it’s time to complain. My food should not be made crappy cuz it’s free. It’s free cuz I’ve earned it. But this is the worst. Cut ALL SORTS OF JACKED UP! UNDERCOOKED AND SOGGY!! SERIOUSLY?!?! And it’s a Monday night on Cinco de mayo it was a ghost town! Really disappointed

I ordered food at 9:14pm and the restaurant closes at 10pm. The estimated time was 40 mins. After 10pm, if you try to call them, it will send you to an automated message saying to call back later. It’s fine if y’all take past 10 for the order, I’m sure it’s super busy, but there should be SOME way to contact you still… After the tracker hadn’t moved for 40 minutes, I assumed y’all had just canceled the order and I was ready to dispute the charge. Only just now (10:15pm) has the tracker updated to show there are people still in the restaurant and the pizza is still on the way. I’m glad everything worked out, but ***it would be nice if you kept your lines of communication open if you still have orders in progress.***
