Went in at noon never did see who was working. Stood there forever, decided id come back. Thought maybe they were on a lunch break. Went back in around 3pm. All the lights were off an no one working. 24 hours should be changed for sure.

A little ridiculous how they’re out of meatballs and toppings and won’t put up a note or anything informing customers until you’re almost finished with the sandwich. No roast beef, no parmessan. Can I get a heads up on what I can get before going through the list of sandwiches I prefer. These sandwiches list what comes with certain meats, cheeses and toppings. Why is no notice given to customers and no discount offered when employees fail to notify?

The subway has been my greatest SUBWAY® experience. The lady who made my monster sub was probably the best I’ve ever had made. It was toasted perfectly and heated to the perfect temperature and all items on the sub were dispersed perfectly thank you for a great experience and I will be sure to dine here more often when I’m in the area.

I’ve eaten a lot of subway in my life, and I mean that. I am a longtime customer. When I tell you that I just had THE BEST sandwich in my entire life I MEAN IT!!! Kathy made me the best sandwich possible. She paid attention to detail, made it perfect, toasted it to absolute perfection and even upsold me to double meat. I am beyond impressed. I say you eat with your eyes first, and when the sub looks delicious, it’ll taste even better. Kathy deserves some recognition for her expert craft making subway sandwiches. The care she puts in her food goes a long way and she made me a very happy customer.

The sub tasted good but there are way too many flies in that place. It is inside of a gas station but that doesn’t mean I should have to be waving off flies the whole time I’m placing my order. & somebody please put that older woman back in training… literally looks like a third grader tried to cut my sandwich in half while blindfolded… also took forever

This place is absolutely terrible. All of the employees, even the males, were wearing name tags with some form of the name “Mary.” Dude was literally throwing food onto the bread and not giving the proper portions. I have never felt so cheated out of $22 in my life. And not to mention that one foot-long sub and two drinks was $22.

Subpar customer service! Stopped in for the night. After our shower we were going to eat some subway. Not today! There was a gentleman already waiting. Not sure how long he had been waiting. Well we get behind him to order. After about 5 min of us standing there the gentleman in front of us hollers to the back a lady peeks her head out. Then she comes slightly out of the back and is talking to I guess someone else in the back with her head away from us. Then 2 ladies come out and they both look pretty mad about the long line of 4 people standing there. The first one seems to be mouthy not to the customer but to the coworker. So we left and went to Burger King. If they would not have both been in the back BS’ing, there wouldn’t have been a line. Regardless have some respect for the customer. That’s the reason you have a job! Attitude was the reason we left. I understand working in the back of the restaurant to do other things but both employees and not checking on the front for customers… is not the customer fault its poor employees.
