I had been craving KFC for so long being they can be hard to find, it’s been a minute since I’ve enjoyed. I read the reviews about this location, but figured I like to form my own opinion. All I can say is I was totally pleased and impressed. I ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket and biscuits. The food was so hot and fresh! And it came out so fast. The restaurant was so clean. I used the restroom that was spotless. I was just really happy I didn’t listen to the reviews that were so negative. I don’t usually post comments but seeing all the bad reviews I had to leave a positive one. I did form my own opinion and I will DEFINITELY be going back!!

Building is new and nice atmosphere, but the food tasted like pure salt and oily like they’re dipped in Crisco after cooking. Just nasty. Guess I’m not their target clientele. I won’t be back

Apparently sauce comes out of their paycheck with the attitude we received when asking for BBQ with our chicken strip meal just came here for the reviews and to say if you order a 4 piece meal they should only charge you for the 3 piece with this chicken strip size i know I shouldn’t expect much from a fast food place.

They need a lot more practice. The employee at the front said word for word. I’ve only been working here since December I have no idea what I’m doing. I go to the other kfc in village dr and they actually give you the amount of food you order. This kfc said they only give three scoops of mashed potatoes and it fills half of a large never in my life have I ever been told you only do three scoops. No you fill it if not then it’s just a medium NOT A LARGE. I’m sorry but if I’m spending 30 so bucks I wanna get my money worth. Guess I’ll continue going to the other kfc.

If I could give this location zero starts I would. Every time I’ve ordered there has been an issue. The last time I placed an online order I was informed that they didn’t have the chicken to make my order and that they couldn’t refund me due to the order being online. After calling countless times to their corporate customer service the next day for a refund and not being able to speak to anyone, I decided to go to this location to see how I could either get a refund or get my order. I was informed by Heather the manager that she couldn’t refund me or give me my food as this was an online order. Her excuse for not being able to give me my order was that it would mess up the restaurant’s inventory. At this point she even tried calling corporate herself and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Her response was that she could give me a coupon book to save me $$$ for the next time I ordered and that unfortunately she couldn’t help me with a refund so essentially I was out of my money. After 45mins of going back and forth arguing over $40 worth of food, she decided to make my order. Needless to say this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any fast food place. This place needs better management and customer service.

Husband ate a chicken breast, breading was not NOT crispy and appeared under cooked sadly he ate it before I could tell him, 5hrs later he is sick as a dog vomiting and nauseous. That is only thing he ate I took one bite and did not like it. KFC you did us wrong.

This KFC is a joke looks like they use mini chickens for their food. Greasy and soggy chicken, this place is a nightmare should be shut down disgrace to KFC . Mostly negative reviews tells the story. Trust me drive a little further for KFC DONT STOP HERE!!

My kids loved KFC. It was Friday, and they were pretty busy. A few people, including us, had order mess ups, but they workers were very helpful, curious, and fast to fix it.

Ordered my meal at the counter at 6:08 pm this evening. Received my food at 6:35. Asked to speak to the manager. He said it was their dinner rush. And people ordering on the app and going through the drive through we’re taking up their their time. However, ten minutes after I placed my order, I heard staff call out that crispy chicken was going in the fryer and it would take 12 minutes to be done. I had ordered crispy chicken. Additionally, another customer ordered at the counter and received their food before me. I told the manager that the window of me ever coming back to that store was closing pretty quick. I feel I should have at least got a discount on my meal. I won’t be back.
