I placed a online order for pickup. I got there 35 minutes after like they suggested. Loud music was playing, there was two people I could see from behind the counter but I waited patiently. After no contact I said hello about 6 times with no answer. After 15 mins a guy finally came to the front. He didn’t greet me or anything but just looked at me. This is not how you run a business. It was a very disappointing experience.

Great store. It does suck when even using your manners and speaking clearly doesn’t get you what you actually ordered.
Fifth time that this has happened and all I could do was calmly call and ask the store like are you guys just running out of supplies because it’s always no green peppers, or tomatoes; Lord for I’d your calzone is given the sub sauce you ask for which technically it’s supposed to come with. The calzones are supposed to come with the sauces.
And now I see I tip for no reason. Depression

Service ok the pizza was undercooked on the bottom! Thats the problem with rotating ovens. Those heat jets get dirty on the bottom and the pizza never gets the right cook.
