I have been to this restaurant several times, and have been disappointed by their service more often than not. From burning food to leaving it out of the order, from badgering me for a tip that I mistakenly left out on a mobile order to refusing to refund me for an order that didn’t arrive, this place does not have great service or food. My last interaction with this restaurant ended in the manager telling me that they wouldn’t refund me for a normal menu item that they were out of, which I never received. In my experience, when a shop cannot fulfill a good or service that you have already paid for, they typically refund your money to you. This was not the case here. This is an especially dangerous game to play when there are so many other pizza joints around. The cherry on top is the manager who is extremely rude and will talk over you or just hang up if you call with a complaint. I wish I could give this shop zero stars, but it appears that one is the lowest rating. A real shame.

Ordered delivery asked if they had a driver cause i was paying cash order was 21 and change driver showed up i had two 20s asked the driver if he had a 10 for change he said he had no change i felt bad and told him it was his lucky day gave him the 40 but i will never be ordering from them again because of this issue
