Four stars is for the good delivery service they have, it was fast and accurate. Food is more on the plain side, nothing special. Clean and well prepared though. We had vegetable spring rolls, shrimp fried rice and shrimp Lo Mein in white sauce. Prices are fair.

I’m usually more pleased w my order from Hunan House but it was disappointing today. I tried something new, Szechuan Scallops, which are light on scallops and not spicy even tho I ordered extra spicy. And to note that these are tiny bay scallops, not what I’m used to when ordering scallops from Asian restaurants.

Place has almost 4 stars and I was driving by so I figured why not try it. I made a horrible mistake. I asked the lady that works there multiple times if the General Sao chicken would be crispy she assured me it would be crispy, flavorful and spicy. What I got though was soggy and bland. The crab rangoon had no crab and was just cream cheese. The Sweet and sour chicken was cooked ok but the sweet and sour sauce was too sweet. The beef low mein was also bland and the beef was extremely mushy in it. Fried rice tasted old. The chicken wings were cooked alright but had no flavor. Waste of 50$. One of the worst chinese food places I have been too. Will never eat there again.

Very sad to say, i have been goin this place as long as i can remember. I have moved away and when i come visit me and friends still go/meet here. The last time witch is why I’m making this review it was disgusting. I mean everything was nasty $80 down the drain. I was later informed there was new owners and local people don’t eat there anymore because of the same reason. I lost a child hood favorite place I’m hurt.

They served me bad chicken and then when I bring the entire container of chicken back to show them instead of actually looking they just said they wouldn’t serve me anymore. I actually give 0 stars. I’ve never been treated so badly for getting chicken that tasted like rotten milk in my life. I don’t recommend this restaurant. On top of them arguing with me the whole time on the phone instead of being concerned in the food they served.

Had to send one dish back. It smelled & tasted bad. They did let us get something else. Veggies on one dish could use a little more cooking. My dish was delicious, but wasn’t hot. Service could improve. Glasses sit empty. Not sure I’d wanna come back or suggest others come here.

Just had a doordash order of Genera Tsos and Steamed Dumplings and it was fantastic! Dumplings were delicious and the chicken was cooked perfect. I love this place! Never disappoints! 🙂
