Omg! Idk where to start . I go once a week and the food is beyond off the chain . The buffet price is extremely reasonable. The staff accommodate to the customers needs in every form and fashion . The cleanliness of the facility is great . They have a lot of customers which explains the positive outlook on the food , location, and price . I would highly recommend any and everyone to go eat here . If only I lived closer I would eat there at least 3* a week. I do not have anything bad to say about this place period. The food is always fresh and full of flavor . I love the fact that when you sit down and eat ,the staff come and check on u continuously to make sure you are ok and if you need any refills or anything … It is just an amazing place to eat with family, by yourself , or with coworkers . I posted a picture just to show you what hey have and it is so much more .

While I’ve been eating Hudgey’s since I was a little girl, I recently rediscovered them during my pregnancy for having an amazing hamburger steak. (For $8 you get a hamburger steak, baked potato, and salad to go… Can you beat that?) I’d been only ordering to go but tonight went in with my husband and two small kids. Excellent food and you ask yourself, “How can they serve such great food at such reasonable prices”?!? Best friend chicken I’ve ever had. They have both a buffet and an la carte menu. Attentive staff. We are from Missouri and stopped for lunch on a trip south. So glad we did.

Not much of a variety. Constantly running out of key items because there’s nothing else to choose from. Catfish borderline salty. Fried chicken was stroke-worthy(extremely salty). Great desserts. Not too bad but needs work. I’ll try them again in a few years.

The food is always cooked fresh, the buffet budget is awesome. Two can dine for under $40..The staff is great, polite and pleasant. The food selection is a variety of meats, vegetables and deserts..the only small thing I wish is they had real lemons instead of lemon drops. Over all 5 stars.

This restaurant “feels” and is dirty. Everything in the restaurant is outdated. There is a smell in the big eating area. I’m assuming the smell is coming from the carpet. The tables were sticky. The high chairs were also sticky and very disgusting. My sister took a baby wipe to clean two high chairs and they were both very nasty. Because the restaurant was unclean, I only tasted a couple of things. I’m sorry, I just couldn’t bring myself to eat. I didn’t get a drink (that I had paid for), because I wasn’t sure if the cups were clean. On the other hand, the waitress was friendly and great. The owner was also friendly. However, I may have witnessed something shady going on. I overhead the owner apologizing to a worker about some type of harassment. Not sure what was going on there, but definitely made me feel uneasy.

We’re from out of town and the first time we ate there it was awesome. Thick burger with all the trimmings. Today, sucked big time. We ordered bacon cheese burger and only got a small sliver of bacon. Then the meat was processed meat and really thin. We even left a $5 tip and we were never offered a refill. The only thing good was the curly fries. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

The longer this place is open the more it becomes less. The management is unfriendly, leading to wait staff being unruly. The kitchen staff is always friendly. The food continues to be a poor value. A few years back had awesome buffet. Now it cost more and has less.

We love this place- all you care to eat country cuisine: fried catfish, fried and baked chicken, loads of veggies and sides, a nice little salad bar, and a dessert bar. Fairly affordable for what you get. Never a wait, but the food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly.

The ladies were very welcoming, & happy to serve my husband & me. We. ordered the chopped steak with baked potato, & a trip to the salad bar. There is also a buffet that has many choices, & it is very good too.
