Our breakfast experience was good. The eggs weren’t cooked as I ordered, but the waffle was delicious. The biscuits and gravy weren’t very warm. Our waitress was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I went in and ate it was great today I got my order to go. Wow what a difference. Both times I ordered the meal with hash browns eggs bacon and sausage covered in gravy. I couldn’t even eat half of it. Today my wife and I decided we would split a meal and have a waffle I’ll have to show you a picture of what I got when I got home. SMH!!! Terrible if you order to go you better check it out. I live in Overton or I would have took it back

Ate here a few days ago. The food was good and we received it quickly. Our server Jenny was AMAZING! She checked in with us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything and her smile and friendly personality was refreshing and made our visit perfect. Every restaurant needs employees like her!

First time ever to any Huddle House. It was pretty good. Had the pattymelt. Was not overly impressed with the sandwich (it was OK not great) the onion rings were very good. The restaurant was clean, I did see the staff sanitizing tables and chairs when guests left. Staff was friendly and engaging. Food was prepared quickly and served hot. Easy in and out location. It’s definitely worth the stop.

I have been to the Kilgore Huddle House many times but after today I will not return. The service was terrible, atmosphere was worse and half of my food was still frozen and inedible. It seemed as if the crew was having some kind of argument, not yelling, but you could cut the tension with a knife. The LOD was on break at some point and then went outside to visit with someone after their break was over. It’s sad that I cannot visit a restaurant that I enjoyed any longer.

One server. Was friendly but only 3 tables had customers. 2 at mine, 1 at another and 3 people at the third. Didn’t bring anything without expressly asking. Never asked if we needed anything else. First time I’ve ever left no tip. My friend had a waffle. He had to ask for syrup, I asked for a drink fill up and my friends drink was empty too; she brought me a fresh glass and just left my bone dry glass and didn’t fill my friends or bring him a fresh glass. Had to ask for ketchup, napkins, butter, jelly… we finally got up and got our own stuff and walked over to where she was standing to ask for drinks.
