Be careful! I ordered online a few weekends past. Huddle House accepted my order and charged my card over $50 despite the fact it was closed due to a gas leak. When I asked for refund I was given vague instructions to contact online or I would have to bring my card to restaurant. I tried the online route and still no refund. It is a lot of trouble to correct something that was not my fault. I do not believe the local store can’t correct this matter without me investing even more of my time.

Hands down one of the best locations in Northeast Mississippi! A cup of Lilly’s hot chocolate can make any bad day better. The service from Dawn and Kaleb are always on point. And don’t forget the smile and charcter attitude Ms Masha brings to the table always makes my experience over the top! Just a great experience everytime!

Huddle House in Pontotoc County is the best one I have been to. All the employees are super nice. The Manager now has really turned that place around. Lily is one of the best waitresses. Sadly the only thing is that even tho the main cook is amazing at his job..last couple times I went I didn’t get what I ordered. Because it doesn’t get ordered a lot and on their ticket it looks like another dish..but he was quick to fix it for me..y’all just need to change some abbreviations around I guess..love the choice of music as well..clean bathrooms and store.

Our waitress, Jennifer, was the best. She had a smile on her face and was super sweet. She also has an amazing personality and she’s funny. And the cook Nikki. I always get the same thing when we go, but never have I had it like that. Potatoes were done just right, bacon was perfect, and the gravy was salty and creamy like gravy is supposed to be. Thank you Jennifer and Nikki for an amazing experience today
