There never opened before I go to work around 730am…… I would think they would be open around this time but every trip they say on the drive thru speaker they are not opened. We placed an order through the app for a pick up. Waited 15 minutes at the drive through only to be told they don’t have our order in their system. Repeatedly asked us to confirm the address which we did.. showed the manager our receipt and we were told they don’t have our order. We asked if we could just place the order and pay with her only to be told we cannot do that either. So we asked for a refund and we were told that we have to use the app to get a refund… which would be no problem escape there is no refund option. Absolutely terrible experience.

It was pitiful ten of us had Door Dash orders and they system was down, so I called the customers and apologized to them because it wasn’t anything I could do . I then called Door Dash and explained to them we were unable to be served but while I’m sitting on the phone with them they called the customers I had which were two. So I get ready to leave and see them serving other people I’m like wow I hope I never have to go back there again if so I’m declining the order everytime bad for business.
