This place was awful. The prices on the bill were higher than what was listed on the menu. The orders were wrong, and the service was extremely slow. Our total time at the restaurant was over an hour. We ended up asking for our food to be packed to go because of how long everything took.
Once seated, we waited about 10 minutes before anyone even approached our table. When we finally ordered two margaritas, they took over 10 minutes to arrive, came out with the wrong flavors, and were later found to be $14 each. Even after bringing the drinks, the waitress didn’t take our food order and disappeared again. Another 10 minutes went by before she returned with water, left again, and finally came back five minutes later to take our order.
I ordered a steak super burrito, and my wife ordered the burrito deluxe (one beef and one chicken). After waiting another 30 minutes, the waitress said it would be just “a couple more minutes.” That’s when we decided to ask for the check and have the food packed to go.
When we got home, I opened my steak super burrito and found only one small piece of steak on each end. The rest was just rice and sour cream. My wife’s burrito deluxe was wrong too. She received two chicken burritos instead of one beef and one chicken. Halfway through eating, she found a three-inch bone inside the burrito, which completely ruined her appetite.
To make matters worse, the steak super burrito was listed at $13.99 on the menu but was charged as $16.99 on the receipt. That kind of overcharging is sketchy and unacceptable. On top of that, they clearly skimp on portions, which makes the experience even worse.
To sum it up, the food was bland. The salsa was watery. The chips were broken. The portions were small. The service was terrible, and the wait time was ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Julian was an amazing server and Jorge was a great manager. This was a 5 star experience for my husband and I. Also, the table side guacamole was a 10/10 !! I had a virgin Strawberry margarita that was a hit also!!

Our first time to this location, I’ve had this chain of food before, the food here is delicious, and prices are great, the serving size and quality is worth every dollar. Def stop in for a great meal.

Food fast and good as always server visited us twice. Requested their habanero sauce they have in house unfortunately the sauce is very inconsistent and is never the same other than that chori queso carne tacos.
Basically 35minutes in and out super fast service the server was absent after taking our order didn’t come back until I finally waved him down. They use to use multiple tortilla for the tacos which was nice cause they have a tendency to tear now only use 1 per taco.. good but would rather cook at home and have garentee consistency.

Food was ok, enchiladas could of been made better and also quesadillas was bland.

We moved to the area about 4-5 months ago and we are so happy to have this restaurant near our home. We visit often and our favorite server is Selena. She’s so sweet, patient and kind. She also, knows my kids by their names. We recently ordered catering for an event we had and everyone was really happy about the food and kept asking where the food was from. Jorge the manager is always really nice to our family and made sure our catering order was perfect. Thank you everyone. I will always recommend el gran patron.

Honestly place is beautiful but waiters/ waitresses could be more attentive to there tables and do there job like they actually want to do it not approach the table and give snotty comments and replies unfortunately this was one of those first times or bad experience at a restaurant of this caliber will be some time before I stop by again

We’ve been to the old location many times and I’ve always enjoyed the food. I like the look of this new restaurant it’s very wide open, the seating is very comfortable. It’s very roomy. The staff is always been very easy to deal with and very courteous. Although at times they disappear. Ordered the chicken quesadilla which is a large serving, much larger than other places I’ve ever been to. Also one of the burritos was also ordered which also was a very large serving. Also order the fried ice cream which I’m suspecting comes in pre-packaged. Everything we had was very delicious. I’m sure we’ll be back when the economy and inflation come down.
