They have bad attitudes. I would never give someone something I wouldn’t eat or serve to my loved ones. This is the second time they messed my fruit up. If it’s not fresh why serve that mess? SMH. I don’t recommend coming here and wasting your money. I know ppl mess up we are all human (so yes they left things off my order). But to serve food subpar is an entire different story. Go to Waffle House or 2 sisters. At least you will get your bang for your buck. It is fairly spacious but that’s all I can really say. Check your order for accuracy before leaving bc it’s always wrong. The turnover rate is high for a reason I’m sure. I politely explained what was wrong with my order and they were less than accommodating.

When I walked in I seen improvement. There was enough staff present. Upon being seated Mrs. Andrea came and spoke and welcomed us to the store. We talked about the improvements. Our order was correct. Everything was right. The food was good.

I had a really good time here!! Not only was the food good, the service was amazing!! We were asked if we wanted refills when our drink’s were gone and made sure we had everything we asked for!! I think his name was Antonio, he was really sweet!! I would recommend coming here!

I placed a call in order a few nights ago and the cook (Wesley) did an amazing job! He checked with me to make sure my food was just as I wanted it and was very well mannered and respectful. The server (sam) was on point. As soon as I walked in the door she greeted me with an amazing smile and made sure I had everything I needed in my bag. Antonio brown is definitely cleaning that store back up and getting great workers in there!

My husband and I have not been to this location in a long while because the service and food was never that good. We decided to try it again this morning and I’m SO glad we did! The service was awesome the food was great! A nice young man named Antonio greeted us with a smile as we came into the restaurant. The employees were working smoothly together to make a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back. Great management!!

This place is definitely a must. My family and I were in there an it was pretty busy but Amy got to us as fast as she can grabbed our order and the cook slung it out in no time it felt like. Huddle House in New Albany is a great place to enjoy family breakfast. The waitress are friendly and helpful especially Samantha. If you every in town try them out. Especially the MVP breakfast.
