Nothing fancy, just a really great breakfast like grandma use to make you in the mornings. We get free breakfast next door at the hotel, but we have given that up in order to start the day with breakfast here at Huddle House when we come through on our way to Asheville, NC. There is a bit of a gradient driving up to the hotel and restaurant (they are not associated), and I’m curious if its difficult to get up there after a winter snowstorm. Only drawback: It’s a fairly small strip of booths and seating, so eating is a bit like joining several strangers for a meal every time you go— we heard every word about “staff drama” from a guy (manager?) talking to employees in the kitchen, and listened to another guy’s program he was watching on his cell phone as he ate, etc. I actually kind of enjoyed that. It’s the type of chatter that makes you feel “at home”. May want to note that it is not particularly handicapped accessible beyond canes and maybe a walker. At any rate, we appreciated a good meal, good service and anticipate returning in the future.

Food awful,service awful, lied to. Never again will I nor would I ever recommend this place. First lied to about what time they closed so I ordered and came onto get it. They were still open when I got off work unlike what they had told earlier. Anyway food was terrible,no taste whatsoever omelet and waffle taste like rubber. I was told they would remake it and have it ready at 330 when I got off work. I got there at 335 the cook said let me wate on these other customers give me about 10,15min. Ok 15min go bye cook approaches me again at table and says I have this one more big top table then I will get yours. I said I have a 45min drive ahead no I’m not waiting another 10,15,or 20min. Cook continues to tell me he didn’t know until I walked in but yet still continued making food for others while not worrying about mine. They kept my receipt this morning after telling me they could not refund my money. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

We get great service from Sydney, our waitress, who greets us with a smile and is very friendly and prompt. Vicki, our cook, is a wonderful cook and, as the manager, does an excellent job of providing a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food.

James and destiny down here are the best service I’ve had in this little area of ours in a long time made me feel like I was eating at my own dinner table at home . They came over laughed joked with us while making amazing food definitely 10/10 will be back again !!!!!! James and destiny love yall keep kicking ass !!!! Destiny was the server and she was amazing and such a sweet heart and she loves to make ya laugh dinner again felt like I was at home at my own table with my own family

The cooks at huddle house in bsg need to be evaluated on reading comprehension skills. This is the 3rd mobile order messed up in the last 3 times I’ve ordered. I’ve said it before but now I truly am done. No hashbrowns at all in my 2 egg breakfast. No cheese on my hashbrowns in the omelet meal. This is theft and ignorance at its finest. This place is a joke

When we arrive and walked in employees greeted us that was nice and the server came to our table and got our drinks and got our order and her name was Brittany and she repeated our order to us to make sure everything was correct and the cook did a great job and her name was Vickie my wife was very happy that the restrooms were very clean we had an amazing time here and we definitely will be back here when we come back through town great job to everyone they were great to us.

Awful!!!!! Will never eat here again!!! Have had 3 visits here over the last couple months and every time have had the worst problems. Would never recommend. Your better off at McDonald’s. Pics show just one visit. Not what we ordered and very pathetic. And each time it too us over thirty minutes to get our food and the place was not busy as the pics show. Only giving one start because it’s forcing me to. No starts from me.
