My granddaughter picked this restuarant and location for her 9th bday. We had 21 people show up. Zacq (I hope I didn’t spell that wrong), the manager and his fantastic staff made sure we were accommodated and felt welcome. They sang to my granddaughter when she got there and had a milkshake waiting on her. The restuarant was very busy during the 3 hours were were there, but you would never know it. They kept up on everything for everyone. The food came out fast, hot and delicious. Not to mention the vibe. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire staff.

Me and my wife came here to eat after doing some shopping. They have several kinds of burgers, chicken burgers, a mushroom burger and veggie burger. I ordered the smoke shack I think it’s called. It comes with cheese, bacon, some kind of sauce and cherry pepper relish I think it was. My wife ordered the shroom burger. It comes with Munster cheese lettuce tomato and sauce. We also got a strawberry shake to share. You order from a kiosk and take a number and put it on your table. The food came out in about 10 minutes. My burger was hot and fresh. The bacon was crispy and the bun was soft. The cherry pepper relish gave it just the right kick. Very good. My wife’s mushroom burger was very tasty too. The shake was also. We will definitely be back

The food here was very good and we enjoyed the vegetarian options. The service was a bit slow, but everyone working there was friendly. The text messaging system said my order was ready but we had to wait another 10 minutes or so before someone actually brought it out.
It was also a bit off-putting to see DoorDashers coming in a bit disheveled. One DoorDasher came in, clearly intoxicated, coughing into the air while stumbling toward the counter. This isn’t directly this location’s fault, but it did make the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable.

I’ve only been here twice, Great burgers and fries both times and they definitely exceeded my expectations both times. My only issue is they do not offer cheddar cheese for their burgers. I highly recommend shake shack

I’ve been here several times and it has been a great experience every time. Friendly staff, quick service, the kiosks you order on are very easy to use, and it’s never very crowded. I’ve only tried the burgers and fries so far, but both are great. The dining area has no cleanliness issues and I’ve never seen an excessive amount of trash or dirty tables. The only downside is it’s a bit expensive for fast food, but it’s worth it for me. I come over whenever I’m in the area.

My first time at this location was on Tuesday, 03-12-24. I received an email about the promo for a free SmokeShack with a $10 purchase. I ordered the SmokeShack, kimchi fries, root beer, & yuzu lemonade. I liked the kimchi seasoning on the fries; the sauce, not so much. The SmokeShack had an unexpected kick of spice/heat which I liked.
The service at this location was much better than Woodlawn; the employees seemed more organized. There was a good, chill vibe while I waited for my order which didn’t take long. I was able to watch a little basketball. They’re a little pricey for burgers & fries to me, but I’d definitely return to this location for a splurge.

We have them in Orlando but just haven’t had a chance to go. On vacation in Charlotte and decided to finally try it. 1st time trying Shake Shack and it did not disappoint. The burgers tasted great and fresh and the fries were cooked right and had a great flavor.
Their shakes are pretty good too! The restaurant was clean and also their restrooms.

I went here earlier this year, loved it! Returned today and I didn’t like what I got . They are purposefully cutting portions.. It was $40 worth of food and I might as well have gone to McDonald’s if I knew they were going to serve such atlesst McDonalds throws fries in and then some

I was surprised at how good the burgers are. The milkshakes are good too.
The first time I got the limited time French onion soup burger and it was delicious, but the second time they put way too much onions.
