Alright where do I start. Husband and I went in to place our order to go. Ordered a 12 piece family meal, extra crispy, curds, fries, and a large freeze. Paid a little over $65.00. Told it was a 12 minute wait for the chicken. No problem. But then apparently their receipt printer is broken so we have no proof of our order. We sat and waited, and waited, and waited while watching everyone else coming and going. At 36 minutes we went up and inquired about our order. “Umm what did you order?”. We tell her and she can’t find it by name. She had to look it up based on the amount we paid. Tells us it will be 5 minutes. At this moment my hubby was so hungry I was worried he would go join another family and eat their food. Finally they have our order ready. Missing my freeze. Ask for that then we head home. Fries were half filled (large) and barely warm.. Curds were lukewarm. The coleslaw was under the potatoes gravy and chicken so it was warm. The chicken that was supposed to be extra crispy was baked maybe….slimy, grey, and chewy? I don’t even know. What i do know is that 65.00 we could have gone and had a nice sit down meal somewhere and it would have been edible. I would hope. What i do know is I’m sick of getting crap food that costs half of what we spend in groceries for the week.

The food came out hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent and the staff never fails to make me feel welcomed. Felt very satisfied and will for sure keep on coming back.

This specific KFC location consistently falls short. My issues here have been ongoing for years, unlike my experiences at other KFCs.
1. Unfair Portions: They repeatedly provide unjust portion sizes (e.g., a “large” side container that is only half-filled).
2. Cold Customer Service: The staff is notably unaccommodating and lacking in basic courtesy. My most recent visit was followed by a cold and silent transaction at the window. I felt like an inconvenience.
Even when the restaurant is not busy, the experience is poor. Management needs to immediately address and implement serious staff training on basic customer etiquette and fair portion standards. This level of service is unacceptable.

The lady taking our order couldn’t understand us very well. Our meal then came out without any sort of silverware or condiments, which i had to go back up to the counter to ask for. And the food was sub par.

I ordered the bucket of $20 with the extra crispy chicken and what i got wasn’t crispy at all. I also went there with my family of 4 and they gave me the food in a bag to go. Who goes inside with his entire family to ask for food to go. If I wanted that I would had gone through the drive through. They saw that we sat down to eat it there and didn’t even gave us plates. I had to go ask for them. The chicken wasn’t even that good. Again Not crispy at all, here is a picture. Im not coming back to kfc.
