This place is delicious. Might be the best tasting food I’ve ever had at a buffet. It’s smaller than most but still has a great selection and it’s all delicious. The staff is friendly. Personally I love the atmosphere and aesthetic too

This has been my go-to for over 35 years. There are a lot of other places in town that serve great Chinese food, but none measure up to House of Szechwan. It is an older restaurant, no frills and nothing fancy, but the food is consistently good. You can’t beat their chow mein, egg rolls and pepper steak. The same family has been running it for as long as I can remember and are as sweet as they can be. I’ve never had a bad experience there after hundreds of visits over the years.

The service is very bad and the food is not good at all it’s neither burned or to salty. And they do not transition the food and clean the pans. They just keep on putting more food in the same pan.

This place is tiny so there’s not a lot of options and the food seems like it’s been sitting out a while. They had maybe 6 different pieces of cake all in one container and that’s all the dessert they had. The floors are disgusting. Like they’ve been there since the 70s and have never been cleaned. Bathroom is gross. My appetite just slowly went away as I was in there. I feel like it was overpriced for their selection. Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food didn’t taste bad. But the atmosphere is a zero.

I will not return to this restaurant and strongly advise anyone who is interested in eating here: Not to Come! The food they use is left over and days old; they basically recycle food to save on costs. I use to order from here about 1-2 X per week. When I go in to purchase soup or food, ( I do not want buffet). I want my food freshly cooked and prepared. What they will do is take the soup and food off of the buffet and then put it in a box container and give it to me! This is ridiculous because the buffet food sits out for hours all day long and it is unhealthy, unsanitary, and this is how people get sick and catch salmonella, ecoli and other forms of viruses; bacteria. Now, the young girl who works here is very sweet, very friendly, outgoing, and social. I will give them a good rating for that. However, the food is no good and it is old, left over and several days old; they should be investigated and reported to the health department! The food and soup is always cold! I’m not coming back!
