Came here to watch the playoff games while traveling. Were open late enough to catch the whole game, wings “Wally’s way” were amazing! Definitely recommend! Staff were nice, upbeat and friendly and the service was very quick.

Date night, we split teriyaki wings & the chicken pecan salad. Had fried pickles for an app. I will say they have great homemade salad dressings. Asked for the wings extra crispy, extra wet. 1st time out, wrong flavor, no extra sauce. Back again with the correct one & they were not sauced at all. We were hungry & didn’t bother to say anything. We’ll go back but not for the wings.

I brought a large group of people that included adults and children early on a Saturday. The staff was attentive, friendly and treated everyone with respect. They were prompt to refill our drinks, and checked on us while eating. Doreen was one of our servers and she was very pleasant. The food was great and we would definitely go back for the food and service.

The food was decent, and so was service. Nothing exceptional. I ordered a salad, and the portion size was definitely smaller than what I am used to at the Palm Coast location. They also charged a $5 upcharge to change the protien from turkey to chicken. There is usually an uncharge but there is usually also more chicken. Wings were good.

I feel that I must alert restaurant patrons to the unfortunate (relatively) new ploy which has been instituted at Hooligans in Port Orange. First off – the food is terrific, as is the service. The issue is simply this: the manner in which the bill is presented. For my entire life, on that restaurant bill, all the food and drinks add up to the “SUBTOTAL”. Then there is a separate line for “TAX” and when added to the subtotal you get the “TOTAL.” I clearly recall when, some 60 odd years ago, my dad taught me that you tip the 15-20% on the SUBTOTAL (i.e. the amount PRIOR to adding the tax.) I have been to other establishments where they provide a suggested tip (18, 20 % or more) and had previously seen how THOSE places were figuring out the tip based of the TOTAL including the tax…. Meaning that they were steering you now to be tipping not only on the subtotal amount but also the TAX amount. Sadly, many restaurants attempt to pay their service employees LESS per hour with the expectation that the paying public customers will pick up the slack for them! Well, the NEW ploy put into effect at Hooligans is that THEIR bill now designates the combination of the SUBTOTAL PLUS THE TAXES as the “NEW SUBTOTAL”. This of course has the hopes of tricking the unsuspecting consumer into NOT REALIZING they’d be tipping on the tax amount. Of course- if you are familiar with the traditional methods of tipping guidance, you recognize that the establishment is playing you for the fool. Now- don’t get me wrong… tips on service should be commensurate with the quality of the service provided. While I am likely not considered a ‘top tipper’, I do consistently leave 20% on reasonably decent service. While this may seem trivial- if you dine out often, as my wife and I do- then this amount (tipping on the tax) does add up. Bottom line is that I am fully supportive of the service industry (as I have some family members in it)- however, it seems insulting that the restaurant administration thinks that they can sneak this matter past the public.

Houligan’s still can’t seem to get to go orders right . Ordered med garlic wings tossed in terry and blazing strips tossed in sweet chili . Well we got home to teriyaki wings not wally and not a wing basket and the blazing strips were tossed in honey mustard . I don’t think we have had a good thing to say in a long time about thier to go service . They are always missing things or completely screw it up and then they just say sorry what can we do . Tim you should have kept it just a family business . Went downhill as soon as a partner joined the business .

We dropped in for dinner and we were super hungry when we got there. The 2 of us were seated in a matter of 2 minutes. We had our drinks in a flash and refills while we were waiting without asking! Yay! They were packed that night and we received our food rather quickly. It was hot, delicious and worth the $. Not overpriced. Appropriate servings. We both had a Reuben. I had delicious mashed potatoes with gravy, the hubs had fries. Make time to go people! They are awesome!

Celebrated St Patricks day at this establishment and had a good time. I liked the music and lots of TVs. Service was above and beyond. The food was good and prices were reasonable. The green beer was pretty cool.

Usually have a good experience here . Except this time i got the wings and fries . I asked for half sweet chili and half mild . I swear the last time i got them Wally style they still were somewhat wet with a sauce and not completely dry?. (Maybe I’m wrong?) I couldn’t even tell the difference between any of them. I also asked for crispy, however these were so crispy they were hard as a rock and barely made them edible . I love this place and I’ll be back .. but i did just have knee surgery, and was looking forward to this meal
