Haven’t been to Red Lobster in over 15 years. I decided to give it a try again. We arrived after the dinner rush, between 7-8pm. First let me say my server was great. She was exhausted after having to work a double. Currently managing a restaurant and having been a server before, I completely understand exhaustion and double shifts. Our food took forever to come out. We ordered a second round of drinks only to get the shaker, which the bartender never made, so we cancelled those. To begin with we ordered an appetizer to split, the calamari….it was garbage! So chewy and gummy I questioned whether it was real calamari. I had to stop eating that dish, absolutely terrible and I love calamari. My friend kept eating it but not without having to ask for more marinara to drown it in. I ordered the Admiral platter for my entree. Clam strips and shrimp were decent but I couldn’t get past the scallops, which were extremely overcooked and fishy tasting; and the fried flounder, not my favorite. The other entree was the shrimp and lobster Monday special in which I tasted both the shrimp and lobster. This made me never want lobster again. I was highly disappointed. With a tip ( because we clearly tipped our over worked server because she was great) we paid $140. The next day I was so sick. 24 hours later I was sweating and started having stomach cramps right around 9pm. Then the violent vomiting began. By 10 pm I was in the fetal position in my bed getting up every 10-15 minutes to worship the porcelain God. Around 1am I was finally able to settle down and fall asleep. Thankfully I was off work the next day to recover a little. Throat burnt from the stomach acid and I’ve not been able to eat anything all day. Living on tea and ginger ale today Please be careful with seafood. I can probably say I won’t return to Red Lobster for food ever again. Maybe drinks only, but probably not that either.

We were hesitant when we entered cause no one welcomed us so we took a seat at the bar. They appeared short staffed, but Maria did a fantastic job serving all the front end tables, keeping drinks full, making food suggestions and keeping a great attitude. My husband loved the garlic butter crab!!!

It was our first time here and we will definitely be back! We went to have a final last date before my husband left for Basic training. We had Zach as a waiter and he did a phenomenal job. As a former waitress myself I was impressed with the amount of tables he was able to juggle while still being attentive to our needs; not an easy thing to do! The food was wonderful and very well priced.

We recently went to Red Lobster for a family meal, and I just have to shout out our waitress, Tayler, because she was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Our drinks never went empty, everything came out perfectly timed, and she handled our table with ease and professionalism—even while clearly staying busy.

Tayler made sure we always had warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits coming (which is honestly the most important part ), checked in on us just the right amount, and had such a positive, welcoming attitude. She made us feel comfortable and never rushed, which made our family meal that much better.

You can tell Tayler truly takes pride in what she does, and that level of service is rare these days. Red Lobster is lucky to have her, and we will absolutely be back because of the amazing service she provided. She deserves major recognition!

OMG!!!! I haven’t been here since the late 90s to wee bit 00s. Prices have shot through the roof!!! But, anywhos…… The food is always delicious !!!! I and my ma and sister had the Shrimp Linguine Alfredo. And let me tell y’all something, psst! GET IT! It’s sooooooooooo delicious ! And the lobster bread is to die for! I highly recommend the Shrimp Linguine Alfredo. It is $19.99 for the meal. Oh! Be ready to be spending the money here. It is freaking worth every red penny!!!! The Ultimate Fest is $43.99! This is my most favorite thing to get when I visit, but the Linguine, won the battle. Please y’all, come on over and get your Lobster Tail, and Lobster Bread on!!!! Whatcha waiting for!? Join me at my local Red Lobster . You’ll thank me later! God bless us all. So, get your Lobster Tail’s here, park it and dig in!

Completely awful experience from start to finish.

We arrived a little before 6pm on a Friday, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Our party consisted of 8 adults and 4 children, yet it still took about 15 minutes to push tables together before we could be seated.

Our server, Pearla, did not greet us and remained standing at one end of the table the entire time. Drinks and food were placed at one end and passed down by us, rather than being served properly. I attempted to order milk for my son (which is listed as an option on the kids’ menu) and was told they “didn’t think” they had milk—only to later see milk served to a nearby table.

One guest ordered scallops as an add-on to their entrée, which were incorrectly brought out as an appetizer. The order included only two scallops for $10, which was not clearly stated on the menu. For comparison, the appetizer portion includes four scallops for $17—so be warned.

Our food took over an hour to arrive, which wasn’t initially an issue since we were celebrating my mother’s birthday. However, when our server emerged from the kitchen to announce that the food was “finally ready” instead of simply bringing it out, things continued to go downhill. Once again, we had to pass the food down the table ourselves. Only after this did we realize two baked potatoes and another side were missing.

When asked about the missing items, Pearla casually told us they had run out of potatoes and it would be another 30 minutes because they were “thawing them out.” At that point, my mother went to speak with the manager due to how unacceptable the situation had become. The manager’s response was that they hadn’t prepped enough food because they “didn’t think they’d be busy due to the weather,” then disappeared into the kitchen to call the GM.

My mother left to wait in the car, and I went to request the bill so we could leave. Pearla had vanished. When I asked the hostess for a manager, I was met with attitude and told the manager “needed a minute to figure out what to do.”

The only bright spot of the night was Tori, who actually listened, showed empathy, and made an attempt to de-escalate the situation. She is the type of team member your location needs in a leadership role if she isn’t already. I explained that one guest is vegetarian and had ordered a baked potato as their main item (which was never served) and that we had young children who couldn’t wait another 30 minutes. A competent manager should have addressed this issue before the food hit the table, offered solutions, and communicated clearly instead of hoping we wouldn’t notice.

I can confidently say I won’t be giving Red Lobster another chance. The food is overpriced for both the quality and portion sizes, and the service was completely subpar. If I’m spending $20+ per person, I’ll take my business to a higher-quality seafood restaurant that values its customers.

My children and I went last night for Valentines Day. We were told the wait would be an hour to an hour half and we were seated within 30 minutes! The host encountered so many rude guest upset about the wait time and their reservations and yet I sat and watched every employee handle everyone with grace and patience even though I was getting upset FOR THEM at how others were behaving. We’ll definitely be back again! And our waitress was amazing as well. I believe her name was Megan

Did takeout. Took an hour before food was ready. Ordered and showed up 30 minutes later. Waited 30 minutes for food. Glad I checked the bag. They forgot my coconut shrimp appetizer. When I got to the hotel and unloaded bag. No Cheddar biscuits! . Food was delicious.

Even though we reserved a table via the app, the wait was still incredibly long. We ordered the endless shrimp and added the $5 drink and salad. Although it was quite tasty, It really wasn’t worth nearly $70 before tip.
Most of the shrimp tasted the same, besides the coconut shrimp and Walt’s favourite. The baked potato was super small and overcooked. The salad and cheddar biscuits were really nice.
Our server, Rachael, was incredibly helpful and extremely nice.
I can’t say that I would suggest it or not really. Mediocre at best, but if you decide to go there, be sure to ask for Rachael.

The food was delicious, as always! But the service we received was the real star of our whole experience. Tayler went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, our glasses stayed full through out dinner and she even made sure our kids stayed happy and occupied, assuring us they weren’t a bother at all. Best service we have received in a while!
