Customer service was terrible. Lady at the front shouldn’t be taking orders. She is super rude. When asking questions about menu, “She say read it, that ain’t what it say”. as I walk into hotwangs.com, I was surprised at the lack of seating available. and I wasn’t greeted when I came in the door. I put in my order and and I waited for a while at one of the two tables available. I waited for a while and I received my wings at a great price. I got to where I was going and I cracked open my wings and let me tell you, they smelled wonderful and they looked beautiful. and they tasted even better! honey bbq is the way to go. I will be coming back, but I would love a nice place to sit down in house and enjoy my meal.

I rather go in there after 5 anytime before that service is very rude never know what kind of day people are having and when the service is horrible just makes an overall bad experience the owners are very nice i think their daughter work evenings she is very sweet great service but the morning lady very rude curses alot to customers i was on the phone with my cousin while picking up her order and just cause we had questions about menu don’t mean you have to be rude she doesn’t need to be active with customers or business will slowly die just like the sonics in Senatobia but overall great experience after 5 food is delicious food is awesome

So first things first the food is amazing but the young girl that works at the front is super rude. When you call to order the food she gets an attitude. When you make it to the front to pick it up she basically pushes the food to you. I recommend better customer service it has went down hill since leaving oxford! It was great finding out my favorite place was in senatobia now but come on the customer service is ridiculous… how rude can you get? I also work I customer service no one wants to visit an establishment like that!

First time I ordered a 12 piece hot wang with seasoned fries. The wings were hot but so dry I was dehydrated. The fries were bomb though! This second time I ordered a 6 piece hot with seasoned fries and specified to make my wings wet at least 3 times. WINGS ARE DRRRY! These wings were dry and nasty. They definitely don’t taste like the hot wings from last time they taste like honey hot wings which is horribly gross. A waste of time and money I knew I should have stuck with Zaxbys. They only things Hotwangs.com got going for them as far as I know are fries and prices. The customer service needs all the help it can get. Felt rather rushed, she didn’t bother to repeat my order back to me and she hung up while I was still talking. On top of that the receipt is payment only info so I wouldn’t have known the wings weren’t right unless I ate one while standing there and I aint have time for all that so now I know better. They could definitely do better.
