We honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. We had read some of the reviews, but my husband really wanted Mongolian food, so we went in with open minds, and I’m so glad we went!
The staff was very kind; especially our hostess. She was so sweet and very attentive (but not in the annoying way), she made great recommendations (you need to try the kimchi pancakes), and gave us many clear options for dining. I would come back just to interact with this woman again, she made my day. ❤️ There was staff cleaning tables / cleaning the buffet, and food being refilled/swapped out at the buffet; nothing gave me the ick here as I’ve seen in other reviews. The atmosphere and decorations were so cute.
The food was also perfect. So many options I’ve never seen at these Mongolian buffet places and everything seemed pretty darn fresh! I was so full after one loaded plate but my husband made room to go back for a second bowl (for a generally picky person, it’s a big deal when he goes around for another serving).
We had a great experience and we will definitely be coming back! 🙂

I’ve been coming to this Mongolian Grill Palace regularly and it’s always a fantastic experience! The food is fresh, delicious, and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. I really appreciate the clean environment and quick service.
One small suggestion: during my recent visit, heavy rock music was playing, which created a bit of a tense atmosphere. A more relaxed or traditional playlist would make the dining experience even more enjoyable. Just a thought!
Still, this place remains one of my favorites—highly recommended!

I’ll never come here again. What a mistake it was to try it again. The owner is always hovering, always making sure we’re being nickeled and dimed for the food you buy. We walked in and they are back to all you can eat or weight and it’s nice you are given that option. We picked to pay by weight. So my family and I are filling our bowls, and the owners daughter comes over and warns me “if you put that much noodles in the bowl it’ll be expensive so you might as well pick the all you can eat option.” I was immediately overwhelmed and flustered. I should have left right then but my daughters need to be fed so I pressed on. We place our bowls on the counter to be cooked and sit down. When you order food by pound now, you don’t even get a plate, it’s immediately put in the takeout container and you eat at your table out of them. My husband goes up to pay, and scolds him about how my daughters didn’t get enough food to be 1lb (it’s the minimum if you choose that option) the owner came over and was arguing with her daughter about not charging us enough. It literally felt like the entire time we were being punished by choosing the weight option and not all you can eat. I was so upset and flustered that I didn’t even put all the vegetables I wanted in my bowl. The vibes are yucky here. And the tofu was gross.

This place is one of the best restaurants around. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is excellent. The owner is amazing and we have been able to see her many times. Her Korean pancakes are out of this world good! It is wonderful getting to pick what we want and even try new things there. I highly recommend going!

We LOVE this restaurant! We almost always dine in. You can pick everything you love down to the sauce! A lot of the sauces are homemade and you can tell how much work goes into this daily. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The food is great and you can watch the chefs cook it up fresh right there, but this is not the best part. The owner is amazing! She is the sweetest woman and always makes us feel at home when we come in. It is not like a customer experience, it’s a family experience. She goes above and beyond every time to make people feel welcome and every time we go in, we leave feeling loved! If you are in the neighborhood, or even if you aren’t, it is worth a drive to have a wonderful dining experience that will always make you want to go back!

We walked in just before closing and were surprised by the setup. Pay, grab your own ingredients, hand them to the cook, sit down, shut up & dine like royalty! Then rinse and repeat (except the Pay part – all you can eat). All topped off with some ice cream. Highly recommend.

duuuude. the kind person that makes the egg drop soup every time we’ve been is has always been so sweet about how it’s not the best they’ve made but every single bowl of soup they have served is the most delicious because they put their heart in it and you can taste that above all else. they should Def be super proud of their soup. its why we keep coming back. also the buffet food is banging too. over all this place is really good and the service is outstanding because they seem to genuinely love their work. everyone seems so happy to be there.
