BBO is a wood-fired bakery that uses organic grains and local ingredients. Our products range from sourdough levain breads, French breads, croissant, danish, cookies, sandwiches, coffee, tea, cake and savory snacks. We are a mostly a bakery cafe and serve wood fired pizzas Saturday nights from 4-8pm only.

always has tasty pastries and wonderful smelling bread. i love the sweet wash on the top crust of the blueberry cream cheese danishes, and also the peppery feta filling in their spinach feta croissants ! i cant wait to try their other items 🙂

I am a HUGE fan of this place after finding out about it recently. They have a wide variety of bread that is as good as any bread you will ever eat, unbelievable croissants & pastries, ready-to-bake pizzas, pizza crusts.
If you want to eat here they serve sandwiches & coffee along with all the other things I mentioned with a great little seating area.
On top of that, I really love some of the values they stand for. Recently they started selling BBO tokens that are redeemable for a loaf of bread. People can buy them and leave them there so anybody in need can grab it and use it for a free loaf of bread. Such an awesome idea and way for us to all help each other.
They are always finding ways to create opportunities like this or raising money for good causes. I’ve been telling everyone I know about this place!

We’ve loved this place since day one and are so happy to have it in our community. The sesame semolina bread is our favorite, the pastries light and flaky, the cookies not too sweet and wonderfully conceived. We also love their pizzas, and have picked up a quiche or two as a solid convenience meal.

Everything is delicious! There can be a long line at times, but don’t let that dissuade you if you walk in and see one. The people behind the counter are very very good at what they do, and the line moves quickly!

Really high quality and tasty breads. Everything’s pretty reasonably priced too. I got a baguette, chocolate croissant, blueberry cream cheese danish, and 2 Turkish bagels. The danish was especially good. Will definitely come back!

Brimfield Bread Oven is by far the best bread bakery around here.The bakery is very inviting with an amazing selection of bread, bagels, croissants and pasteries. The bakery supports other local small businesses in the area. Customer service is always friendly!

Everything I’ve had was great. My favorites are the baguettes and multi-grain sourdough. I’m not usually a fan of thin crust pizza, but this is an exception. Great crust and sauce. I appreciate the booth at the Haymaker Farmers’ Market too. Saves me the drive.

I posted a review a few days ago about a bad second visit, rude service, burnt bread and not receiving a sticky bun which was paid for we spent about $45. The bread was very disappointing because it was for Thanksgiving dinner. I just checked to see if the owner had anything to say about this and I find the review was deleted! Really not a cool thing to do, that was an honest review everything was 100% accurate. Shame on you.

This places pizza is unbelievable!!! 100% better than any other pizza around Ohio!! They give you a huge amount of toppings too. I asked for basil on my pepperoni pizza and even though they were running low on basil they still made it happen. Awesome staff! This places gives back to the community too during tough times by offering free bread to people in need. I love this place. Can’t wait to try their pastries and breads too!

UNBELIEVABLE breads, pastries, and pizza! We lucked out and had a delightful date night with a few slices of freshly fired Margherita pizza and some pops. Picked up a loaf of legit vollkornbrot for next day’s breakfast. I toast thin slices and serve with butter, cheese, and orange marmalade. Can’t beat it! We’ve had various other delicacies over the years – croissants, baguettes, and more. All 100% perfect.
