Went to this location with friends after we all had been discussing how cool Waffle House used to be. How the waitress hollers at the order to the cook and how fast they are.
That’s not the way it is anymore. But everything was fine until one plate came at a time. So of course I get my plate last so I took a couple bites and noticed my plate had a crack. Oh please be a crack , nope it’s a hair
We sent the plat back.. The cook a young kid with long hair and no hair net runs and grabs his cap and put on his head. Everyone else at my table lost their appetite.
We paid the bill and even left a nice tip.
That’s just gross and I believe they did not even have a manager on site.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. They were considerate with dietary needs and went above and beyond in accommodating someone going through dental surgeries and prep for wearing dentures. We had to travel to Spring Hill 2 days in a row and explained the situation to them yesterday. One of the employees “Dee” suggested a simple adjustment in cooking to make my mom’s preferred dish easy to eat while having no lower dentures. She seen us come in today and had remembered our preferred order as well as her suggestion for our mom. Her suggested cooking method contained all the preferred ingredients that was cooked to make the meal soft for her to eat. The staff has always been very friendly. However, their kindness and going above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers is what has us impressed the most. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I think “Dee” deserves a raise. She is awesome!

There was only one person inside when i walked in. Asked him if he had any help he said he had to wake the cook up. He immediately took my order and then proceeded to cook my food. Was not friendly or welcoming at all. Handed me my order and slapped my check down at the same time and played on his phone until I was ready to go. Counters/tables were filthy. I will not be returning.

Absolutely love eating here. Service is great and the food is great but the friendly staff is top notch. Deondre (called Dee) is the friendliest person and such a joy to be around. She went out of her way to make sure our mother had food prepared soft enough to eat after dental surgery and we absolutely love that she came to set with us and visit while making sure the food was to her liking. This is definitely our favorite place to eat in Spring Hill. We would come back just to visit but the food keeps us coming back anyway.

1st time at a Waffle house 5 star on the waffle
I was pleasantly surprised. Delish.. reminded me of funnel cake ( flavor) needed minimal syrup no butter
Says a lot for the picky west coast gal

Worst food I ever got at waffle house. Now in saying that he seemed to be a new cook. He took my order then made the food wrongand had to recooked the food. He also didn’t give me my drink until after I got my food. I don’t blame him, like I said he seemed new and learning, but the cook that was waring the one million shirt just let him fail. He continued to clean as the guy asked if he would help cook. Guess it was the wrong time of the day to go. I asked for hashbrown well done and as you can see in the pic well not as much.

Horrible customer service! Placed a to-go order and every part of it was incorrect. Order bacon – get sausage. Want scrambled – get fried. Want cheese added – nope. Online ordering should make it fool proof. Nope – not at this place. Tried to call but the phones were not accepting incoming calls. Just referred me to the website to place my online order. Thanks but that didn’t work the 1st time. Guess that’s one way to not get complaints. Advice – check your order before leaving.

I absolutely love the Waffle House in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm, familiar atmosphere that instantly puts me at ease. It’s always clean, and the food is consistent—exactly what I expect when I’m craving a good, classic diner meal. Whether I’m there for a quick breakfast or a late-night bite, the service is always efficient and friendly, which makes the experience even better. I’m always excited when that one girl walks in the door, I can’t remember her name tho, I think it starts with a J or a K, can’t remember. She absolutely slayyed though!
One of the things I really appreciate about this Waffle House is the staff. They’re not just fast and professional—they’re genuinely kind. I brought my grandkids with me once, and they started singing along to a song playing in the background. To my surprise, the cook joined in, and it turned into this spontaneous little moment that we all laughed about. It’s those small, personal touches that make this place feel like more than just a restaurant. I was so hyped to enjoy this song, but the server judged me for putting salt on my waffles and she gave me a weird look.
Of course, the food never disappoints. I usually go for the All-Star Special—it’s the perfect combo of everything I love: eggs, toast, hashbrowns, and a waffle that’s just the right kind of crispy. No matter what time of day or night I come in, the quality is always spot on. There’s something comforting about knowing exactly what I’m going to get and having it hit the spot every single time. The food was like totally better than anything like everrrr! It totally hit the spot
Being open 24/7 is another huge plus. There have been plenty of late nights or early mornings where nothing else is open, and I know I can count on this Waffle House. It’s become my go-to place for comfort food and a friendly face, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough if you’re ever passing through Spring Hill. Btw that one person who’s name starts with A is kinda incompetent ngl -_- but not even sure if they work there in the first place…
