I paid way too much money to be getting less than what I paid for. I ordered three scoops of veggies and extra chicken I paid $13.70 I will be contacting corporate because they didn’t give me the extra chicken I paid for. When this Hot heads is about to run out they don’t give you the amount you pay for they give you a small spoon so they don’t have to make more. Everyone who goes to this location doesn’t realize how much they’re being cheated until they go to boardman and austintown they give you way more food for the amount you pay. YOUNGSTOWN HOT HEADS LOCATION ON ELM STREET is cheating everyone. They overprice you and don’t give you much food.

Two different times I had literally an actual chunk of rock hard bone or something in my burrito. How does this occur two DIFFERENT times spanning a month apart?!? There won’t be a third believe that. I like my teeth too much to chip them while eating a burrito. Not the worst, but i think Chipotle is so much better! The bowls are smaller, the prices are higher & i didn’t like that the beans were hard & the corn crunchy. And Overall the bowl was flavorless though i had salsa. It wasn’t until adding a sauce did i actually experience flavor. However, they offered me a buy one get one free coupon. Thank you

Had a bowl delivered to my house first time ever trying and also have never been to Chipotle, that was the grossest thing I have ever eaten threw it away and wasted my money. The chicken is bad quality chicken and poor portions and the flavors are just disgusting. Better off going to taco bell than this.
