We got a vegetarian bowl. The sauces were amazing. The southwest ranch was yummy and their famous sweet habenero had the perfect sweet and kick.
The restaurant was clean and the employees were very patient with us. We took forever since we had no clue what to do. The burritos that other people were ordering were huge!! Be ready to have an appetite if you coming to eat here.
Great place to eat if you want something quick and tasty.
I quickly picked the Americano because I have had that previously at other locations. He asked if I wanted it exactly like it is, and I said no sour cream. And that I wanted a drink combo. He put a cup on the tray and then it was my husband’s turn. The guy asked what he wanted and he replied with an Americano no sour cream but wasn’t asked/offered a burrito or bowl. He was given a bowl, when he wanted a burrito. He was given chips and drink. So we ultimately felt rushed through, just so the guy could go into the back. Its not like there was anyone behind us, as no one came in the entire time we ate. And we didn’t get the chips and cheese for my combo. I dont blame the chain, I just think the worker made it so we won’t go to that location again. Unfortunate.
I’ve shown up anywhere from 9:30 to 9:50, and every single time l’ve either been turned away or found the doors locked.
One time I was told the worker was under 18 and couldn’t serve me because their manager left early— even though there were multiple employees there. Another time they said they were just “short staffed”… with THREE people on shift. And tonight?
Same story, just new excuses.
If you’re not going to stay open until 10PM, then don’t say you are. Either update your hours or stop wasting people’s time. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional. I’d love to actually try your food, but I guess that’s too much to ask.
store. Really nice variety of offerings. Really, really tasty – much better than Chipotle, no lie. Dining solo, I spent $25 (before tip) with a couple extra add-ons & house-made tortilla chips. For gringo-mexicana this is my new favorite place.
