I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and the food never disappoints. I’ve had some of their burgers, Bahn mi sandwiches, wings, fries, onion rings, etc. Everything has always been so delicious. Oh, and if you’re in the mood for an awesome smoothie, this is the place. Hot Deli is amazing! Im so glad we have this little gem in our little town.

The teriyaki tofu bahn mi is delicious! They easily accommodated my vegan diet by holding the mayo. I asked for spicy, and they delivered. The baguette was crisp and delivered what I’d hope for in a bahn mi.

I have a Philly cheesesteak Sandwich and it was horrible. There were big chunks of hard gristle in it, and it was actually just sliced steak, not philly cheesteak meat. The fries tasted stale and it tasted like the oil was old.

We are so lucky to have this place in Fortuna! The variety of options, prices, and amazing food are five stars. Also the complimentary fries taste like what you wish In-N-Outs did: crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and salt. Kind of like a healthier McDonalds fry… soo good! If you like spicy, make sure to add the chili sauce and jalapeño. Isn’t overwhelming, it’s just perfect with a little lingering heat. In fact next time I’ll probably ask for more. But all in all an amazing place with super friendly staff and now I have a huge half sandwich for leftovers!

We visited the area recently and went to Hot Deli three times! The banh mi was delicious; I liked my pastrami and bacon and my partner preferred his pork belly. Went twice for that and then later for milkshakes. They made to my specifications. Ask for the peanut butter one with out the peanut butter, but with extra chocolate – watch out for the espresso – yum!

Was in with a friend who was ordering and over heard 2 employees talking about how they are living inside the restaurant after hours. This seems unsanitary and the two seem to be in a relationship together with makes this even more unsanitary if you know what I mean.

They have so many different burgers there and they are juicey and authentic like a real burger. Have not tried any of there hot dogs yet. Milkshakes are good. Recommend you you eat there

Awesome spot. Beautiful decor inside with tons of huge indoor plants. Great huge variety of menu items. Something for everyone including vegetarian options and even ice cream. Definitely would recommend stopping here for a quick snack or lunch/dinner.
