If I could give this place a big fat 0 I would. The service is beyond bad. When asking for a refill on my coffee the waitress claimed I needed to get that from the bartender. She then proceeded to smart off with her mouth saying I should just stay in my booth and he’d get to me. The food simply mediocre. Honestly, I have no idea how this restaurant got any stars above 1.There are better restaurants at CVG to spend your money. Seriously, walk away!

We went in before our flight to have a couple drinks. The sign said “Please wait to be seated”. We waited for about 10 minutes. Finally, the bartender yells over “Bar Only”. We walk over to a table again waiting. We ordered from the app. God for bid if he had to walk to other end of the bar. A new bartender comes in and she’s all over serving drinks. She should have been the bartender period. I watched 4 people walk out in a matter of minutes. Laziness will get you nowhere in life!!!

This is a restaurant in the Delta wing at Fort Myers Airport . Service was good as there were few people in the restaurant at the time. Salmon on Caesar salad was ok, but nothing special. The same was true for the chicken. But, it was convenient and easy.

Literally the worst dining experience in years, took 90 minutes to complete the order (4 dishes came out at separate times). Server was yelling at the kitchen in front of the customers. Food was terrible, “flatbread” was burnt and the chicken tenders were rock solid.

Had lunch with a couple colleagues before our flight. Chili was small and just average. The onion rings and pretzels with cheese sauce were awesome though. Chicken wraps were ok. Waited 20 minutes for a soft drink though. The waitress actually advised not to drink the coffee. All came to $88 with tax and tip.

Great place to set and relax or work before a flight. The Turkey Club was solid, but the salad was a bit disappointing. The poblano “ketchup” had good flavor, but it was more of a salsa than anything else.

You’re obviously stuck at the airport if you’re looking at this one. Food was actually good. I really liked the online ordering but the person I was with was not tech savvy. It would have been nice to have a paper version for people who don’t have a smart phone. The server was nice but seriously overworked and didn’t come over enough. Food and service was slow. Like so slow, I thought the server was also the cook and the bartender rolled into one. She was making drinks because there were a bit of people there at the bar at 8am. Lucky for them, I got moved to a flight 3 hours later then expected and had plenty of time.

ZERO STARS – DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RUDELY BY A WAITRESS. I don’t know if the food was good since I could not get anyone to take my order in the 28 minutes I was there. The QR code on the table was not working (sent to a page stating server error) so I went to the bar. Others standing near me were also mentioning that it was not working for them either. Bartender told me I had to order from my table. Had to wave down the waitress multiple times before she finally came over. She told me I wouldn’t have to wait if I just ordered using the QR code. I told her it wasn’t working and she said yes it was, she just tried it. I showed her my screen and told her I tried it over a dozen times. She finally agreed to manually take my order but told me how long it would take to get my food and by this point, I no longer had the time left before my flight. I told her that and she rudely said, “Fine, have a nice evening!” and stomped off.
