Ordered to go for my family last weekend, super simple or so I thought. Pictured is what I ordered vs. what I got. The salad mix was slimy, the red cabbage was weeping purple all over everything, and it did not smell fresh. I also ordered an extra side of ranch that wasn’t included in my order. My kids got honey bbq wings and the sauce didn’t not smell like the fresh honey bbq I remember from hooters. I will not be back to this location. I’ll drive all the way to NRH next time I want hooters.

I’m disappointed with my recent visit regarding my free 10-piece birthday wing reward. I showed the valid offer in my app, but instead of resolving the issue, the manager refused to fix a simple problem. The poor customer service and lack of care for a loyal customer is the reason I stopped going.

Came to FW for a funeral so I was hesitant to eat out, but I had a really great experience at Hooters! The wings were absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. You can really tell the chef and kitchen staff put care into the food because everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Overall, excellent service, great atmosphere, and outstanding food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our favorite order of the past 20 years has been changed to junk. It was good while it lasted. The Buffalo shrimp were the bomb, now it is near naked shrimp because the new way they batter doesn’t let any flour stick to them, then they’re covered in the new super thin butter based buffalo sauce which doesn’t stick to the shrimp. So we end up with poorly battered shrimp w no crunch smothered in greasy thin sauce that ends up on the bottom of the plate. Night and day difference to the bad side. Won’t be ordering them any longer and really no need to go to hooters now.

I want to say the service was five star! The server whose name isRu** and the manager Mic***** and the other beautiful ladies were attentive and warm and friendly. I recommend it for the food, because the wings are excellent, but the employees will make you feel at home!!!

Jamara has been so friendly and is always on the move. Location is clean and very easy to to get a table. Super awesome Chocolate Cake and the Best Boneless wings have Daytona sauce. Had so much fun here I even interviewed for a job with Brandon the manager.

To remain in business, Hooters needs to revamp their staffing strategy by hiring experienced waiters rather than solely relying on young, inexperienced servers. I’ve visited multiple locations, including Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, and Benbrook in Texas, and the service has been consistently subpar. Upon being seated, it takes at least 20 minutes for a server to arrive, during which time they often socialize with single men, or they just walk from one way to another passing by your table and ignoring it like is not her table. When they finally attend to your table, they apologize for the delay, claiming your server is “backed up,” but she will be taking your drinks (don’t get fooled, they say it so you can be happy she is helping you, it’s clear they’re your assigned server because she will be the one taking your order and bringing you check). I’ve witnessed this same scenario play out in different locations, with servers often gathered near the host stand, chatting instead of attending the customers.

Absolute worst meal I’ve had in a long time. I don’t know what happened to Hooters. They was absolutely disgusting. The breading wasn’t even on the shrimp. We ordered “Hot” but they ran out out hot & brought us medium & the breading was falling off the shrimp which had no taste. My “blackened” chicken sandwhich barely resembled a grilled chicken sandwich much less a blackened sandwhich. It was just gross. Definitely not worth $100. The servers were great though!

Absolute terrible service. I came into this location to get my birthday wings that I had ordered for pick up and I stood at the pick up desk for a good five minutes just waiting not even upset or anything and I’m turning to look at the TV and then literally, a few minutes after I turned my head some black skinny girl with long gold braids comes up and she’s screaming hello hello Behind me not excuse me, ma’am did you need something? Nothing screaming hello like I want her kids or something ! Very rude terrible service ! I turned Surprised and confused around and look at her and I’m looking at her like what is your problem and she’s like what did you need? I was like it’s a pick up order and then I give her the name she’s like oh here you go and , and then she was all rude and just kind of like threw the bag at me in the walk right past me for me not to say anything after I’m sitting up there waiting and you’re being rude as if I’m not in the right area you don’t need to scream at me and I’m standing right next to you. Terrible service don’t ever come to this location!!
