I recently visited Sonic’s and had a fantastic experience! The drive-in service was quick and convenient, making it easy to order from the comfort of my car. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic burgers and crispy fries to delicious milkshakes and refreshing slushes. My food arrived hot and fresh, and everything tasted great—especially the signature tots and the cherry limeade
The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring my order was correct and checking in to see if I needed anything else. I also appreciated the fun atmosphere and retro vibe that makes Sonic’s unique. I drove up to this establishment and had gotten my order taken within 10 minutes which isn’t great and isn’t awful, I specified my order not once but twice because I wanted to make sure the person on the speaker had gotten it right but each time I specified the person on the other end stayed silent and proceeded to ask me what side or drink I wanted rather than confirming that they got it right. Once I pulled up to the window after another 10 minutes (20 minutes total at this point), I got my food only to realize that the food was a completely different order. I drove back around thinking it would be a quick fix, it took another 20 minutes. It took me 40+ minutes to get the proper order, never in my life had I ever waited in a fast food line for that long. The food was good but the service was ridiculous. There was, however, another worker who came up to the window and she was very polite and assisted me as needed.

Best Sonic experience I’ve had! The service was fast, the staff was super friendly, and they actually knew what they were doing. My food came out hot and fresh, and my Jr. Deluxe Cheeseburger was spot on—fully loaded with lettuce, onions, pickles, ketchup, everything it’s supposed to have.
Most Sonics miss the little things, but not this one. They got it all right, and it made a huge difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I can’t even begin to tell you how AWFUL this Sonic is and how AWFUL of workers they have!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! We was trying to order our food in the stall and the lady told me to hold on bc she told me to stop talking… and I stayed silent.. AND THIS lady came running out yelling at us!!! yelling and cussing at us customers every cuss word in the bad book you can even think of.. I then told her you don’t talk to customers like that which she replied cussing saying you don’t me what I can and can’t do.. I can’t even give a 1 star review I can just tell you everyone near stay away from this sonic and these awful terrible people. It shows how much they need Jesus. What a terrible world we live in.. do not come!

Seriously disappointed in this location. I have never waited 35+ minutes for an online order. Ever. I was being patient thinking maybe they were short staffed and struggling to keep up but I kept seeing people walking around inside on their phones once the other cars left. I was the last car and I still waited a few minutes before I got out to see what was going on. My order wasn’t even right. My burger which was at the bottom of the bag was indeed cold, the chicken tenders were HARD. Not even edible. The mozzarella sticks were warm but all of the cheese was oozed out and also hard. One of the shakes had a piece of plastic in it. The girl was sweet but seriously this was the most awful experience I have ever experienced at any establishment.

On my way to move from Northern Virginia to Florida, I stopped at this Sonic. The meal was average, but the real fruit slushie was amazing.
The best part of my visit was the young lady that I dealt with. She was attentive, patient and accommodating. If this is what I am to expect from Sonic in the future, then sign me up. If not, then please, appreciate what you have at this location.

The food was amazing I believe the girls names both started with an M I can’t remember but they were sweet and funny handling my order taking and serving. 10/10 the only sonic I will come to in Savannah even if it’s a 30min drive. They are the absolute best! They gave the best sonic experience ever!

The tots were stale and burgers were overcooked. The fries also tasted sweet. We also requested and paid for additional sauce which was honey mustard and ranch but only received one honey mustard and more than enough ranch .

Kyle went out of his way to make our sonic experience 5 star. Not only was he so sweet he was such a gentleman and dealing with our crazy order requests. Not only was he nice about our crazy order, he executed it so perfectly and I will forever be thankful for Kyle ! Amazing dude and amazing service. The girl at the window was friendly when they finally acknowledged us, but it would’ve been nice to know when I placed the mobile order that it was a drive-through only store. Instead, it let us place the mobile at the box and they made us wait 15 minutes at the box to then have to reach out ourselves and get snapped at saying “dive only” and nothing more.
