Some of the slowest service I’ve ever seen. Waited 20 minutes just to get my order taken then it took another 40 minutes just to get the order out. They definitely need to hire more staff. Received iced tea without ice…
Other than that the place is smaller than expected. The wings were decent. The Daytona sauce was mild and a bit too sweet so adding hot sauce balanced things out and made the wings better. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The prices are also fair, but the service is bad. If you’re ln the clock stay away.

Chicken Nuggies
My girlfriend and I Came on a Saturday night there was a 30 to 40 minute wait but we were able to be seated right away at the bar. The blonde bartender was super nice and mindful, and we never once felt neglected. We didn’t wait long for anything. The food was very good. We also ordered a lot of appetizers. The food was hot and tasty, and the drinks were good. The service was amazing. Hooters specifically this location has always been a staple.

Decent place to watch a game, but the food was overpriced and underwhelming. The ranch was watered down, the curly fries weren’t curly at all, the sauce tasted more like a thick hot dip, and most items were only lukewarm—except the salad, which was cold.

Stopped here with a friend for lunch today and we both ordered a couple of the lunch specials, wings and buffalo shrimp with garden salads. We also had two beers on tap and two margaritas. Everything was good and we had no issues.I also want to mention that our waitress Jazmine, was attentive, sweet, and helpful when explaining the different side options we could get with the lunch specials instead of fries, which we didn’t realize at first. Our drinks were always taken care of, plates were cleared automatically when needed, Jazmine checked in on us throughout our meal and the food was exactly what we expected from Hooters. Food didn’t take long to come out. The restaurant, our table and bathroom looked clean too

We came here for lunch while our cars were being worked on next-door at the Honda dealership. We had some wings with fries. Service was a little slow and they weren’t packed. Wings were good and the fries were hot but nothing special.

Food and service was good, but noticed all but 1 manager I think her name was Courtney, sitting at a table drinking eating and being obnoxiously loud watching the Superbowl. Other than that the food was decent and so was our server.

COLD or PRE-PREPARED. Not cooked to order! Our party was a total of 3 people & we sat at the bar with Ana as our waitress & bartender. Can’t blame her for our appetizer, which was the Buffalo shrimp, & our wings being cold. The Daytona wings are expected to come out later than the other wings because of the preparation time noted on the menu but they came out at the same time with all our other food & were charred not caramalized. We didn’t complain but it was disappointing to receive cold food & we could not wait for reordered food. The fries were the only thing hot. I did inform Ana that the food was cold when we asked for our check but she did nothing. Also to note, we asked for all flaps but, we didn’t receive all flaps but it was on our check. (It was removed).

I have always carried out from this location so this was my first time dinning in. I will not be doing that again. We waited 45 minutes for a drink. Our food was out 3 minutes after that and was cold! The sauce had solidified again. My husband sent his wings back to the kitchen and they were still bad. I guess I’m spoiled with the Schaumburg location. Will not be dinning in again. Very disappointed.

My husband took me to this hooters for the first time. I was happy with the service and the food was perfect. In my opinion, the only opportunity for improvement would be the wait time which was at least 30minutes. I asked if we could sit at the bar and due to this, we didn’t have to wait in order to be seated.

The manager at this location is the worst and careless! Took them over 40 mins to bring out our food according to the manager “ we ordered burgers and they take time to cook” i understand that. But the fact that it takes them a while to cook and all 3 burgers come out raw is unacceptable.the manager still had the nerve to say there is nothing she can do after i shower her the raw burgers and she heard my son complain of a stomach ache. This was our go to hooters never had a bad experience til today.i won’t be coming back here and its thanks to the shitty service the manager provides .
