Had a mobile order that let me place inside pickup. Went to the door which they locked right before I opened it. I said I had a mobile order pickup and instead of giving me my food they told me I had to go into the drive thru line where there was already 10 cars. If I wanted to pick my food up from the drive thru then I would have set drive thru. Wasted 45 min in a line for food that was cold because it was sitting there on the pickup counter. And there was no drink. Worst experience and this location always has issues.

I have seen great improvements at this location ever since the “ newer young African American “ man has been in charge! He works every aspect of this place , he makes sure customers request are handled. He smiles talks briefly but to the point and that’s how I like it! Promote him to an area trainer or something because when he’s there it runs so much better and I’ve been at this one for over 5 years now. Great job hiring him. The rest of the staff is better also ☃️can you please make a “ GRILLED” chicken wrap please and thank you

Manager on this place is super rude. They denied our order and told us to go through the drive-through where we’re ready in sight. They need to teach the manager more manners. She is one of the rude persons in this place. She gave me my refund back and had to go through the drive-through.

Now lemme preface. This mickey ds usually gets it done right. They’re my guys, I love what they do and they always do it with a smile. Come to today….. no straws, no napkins, no basket of fries!? Im distraught, blaming myself at this point. I know they can do better, and I know that they didn’t mean it. But to err is human. Still gonna be back in a week im sure. Just know even the best slip up.

They are refusing to serve the Big Mac Grinch meal for some reason. When we politely asked why, the staff snapped at me “idk, do you want to talk to a manager” … I was just asking no. So I ordered and told my husband. He decided to call to see if he could get clarification. Just seemed weird because they are still selling the standard Big Mac meals. The manager was extremely rude and snapped. We can understand it coming down from the management but the aggression when asking is uncalled for. If they were completely out of Big Macs it would be more understandable on why they weren’t selling it as the Grinch meal.

The last time we tried to go to the location when they did the cups, we almost didn’t get the cups. I ordered on the app, and did curbside. I checked my order after I got my food before I left and didn’t have the cups. So I went inside and asked for them but received attitude at that time as well saying they were in the bag and I must have taken them out. Accusing me of trying to get extra. I literally left without them and had to call at a different shift so I could go back and actually get the cups.

So this is a consistent issue at the particular location. Definitely won’t go back to this location after this.

Went on the morning of Feb. 17 around 10;30ish. Ordered like normal, went up and payed. When I finally got to the 2nd window, I was handed the wrong order. They said they didn’t see my order and asked how long ago I made it, told them a couple mins ago.i found the receipt and it wasn’t mine, my order had two meals with two drinks. After a couple mins they said they refunded the money and redid the order. After they gave me the “correct order” it was missing half of it, staff seemed annoyed at this point. Finally got the missing items, but when we got home… realized we were missing the drinks, and the sauce packets we specifically asked for at the second window. This McDonald’s is ok most of the time, don’t know where the mixup happened but that was just a terrible experience.

Freezing cold, no grown ups working here. Kids cracking jokes using fowl language not paying attention to why they are getting paid. Food was cold by the time we got it. Constant laughing, yelling and carrying on to the point of obnoxiousness. It was slow and we still waited long times for everything we needed. Felt like we had lunch in the local jr high without teachers. To top it off the bathrooms were filthy.

The service was horrible. I waited forever, and I didn’t receive the correct order. I ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich, and received a bun with a random sauce and no chicken on it. JUST TOMATOES! I’LL NEVER BE BACK!

this location is typically pretty standard for a McDonald’s however tonight’s experience left me feeling some kind of way. I ordered on the app for the drive thru and when I arrived they were taking orders in both lanes. I was left waiting at the speaker for at least 5 minutes while multiple cars were passing in the other lane. I pulled up to the window to the let them know I had a mobile order and no one was attending to the speaker. the girl at the window was very polite but parked us for our order which is understandable because we didn’t get to check in at the speaker. I ordered a hot n spicy and a few other items and my hot n spicy had onions on it. onions don’t even come on the mcchickens or any of the chicken items for that matter. I was very disappointed that my mouth was left tasting like onion after one bite and I wasnt able to enjoy my hot n spicy that I know and love 🙁 I love a good McDonald’s run and unfortunately this time I was let down.

Ordered food for delivery and missing a full meal. Tried to blame door dash for the meal missing and the bags are sealed. Was very rude about it on the phone when I called. Spoke to two people and one was a manager. They will not send the meal or honor a refund. Recommend hiring someone who has better customer service and who can actually pay attention and get orders right.
