That is $49 worth of sweet potatoe fries, chips and Onion rings. Im certain was defrauded and ripped off on my to go order. Definitely open your food containers and confirm before taking your order. I would not recommend and would avoid to go orders.

Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Laid back and friendly environment. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Beer prices are good and the food is tasty. Definitely a family friendly place. Corned beef and cabbage was alright.
The corned beef was shaved in slices rather than in chunks, but it was still good. Rachel recommended the butterscotch bread pudding and it was fantastic.
Expect a wait, it’s very popular and seating is limited during nights when they have a band.
All in all, I had a decent time. My only gripe is the mashed potatoes. I’m not sure if it’s the seasoning or maybe the kind of potatoes, or if it was just a bad batch, but they tasted like cardboard.
I would sub it for the chips next time. I saw some of the dishes with their chips and was thinking about how lovely they’d be instead of my sawdust mash.

Wandering in Paradise
Nice lunch and drinks at Hooleys! We ordered a Guinness and the spiked hot apple cider for drinks. For entrees we had the Hooleys special, which is a 6oz steak and three shrimp, and the pup club sandwich. Everything tasted great and the staff were very friendly and quick. Dog friendly patio as well. Recommend!

First time here, and I’m obsessed. That brisket quesadilla was just amazing. I’m pregnant, and brisket has been my biggest craving, and oh boy, it hit the spot. My virgin bloody mary was really delicious too. I need to go back soon!!

My thanks to Olivia for her assistance in getting a gift card mailed out to a young man turning 21 and wanting to taste his first Guinness. I don’t live locally anymore and Hooley’s doesn’t sell gift cards on-line (shame, shame) but Olivia was able to assist me and mail it for me. I could feel her smile and can-do spirit across thousands of miles. When I did live locally I always enjoyed Hooley’s food, drink and their wonderful staff. Thanks Olivia for your help.

I’ve been now and then throughout the years. However, this is the first time I’ve really properly dined.
The food was abdolutely delicious, and the service was amazing and quick. The only thing that knocked it down for me was that the bar area was very rowdy, and it carried greatly into the dining area.

Excellent Irish food. The corned beef and cabbage boxty (essentially a shredded potato omelette stuffed with the beef and cabbage) had a slightly sweet cream sauce, the corned beef tacos were also excellent. Service was prompt and they were quite accommodating for a group of 15. Don’t forget your Guinness!
