Steubenville location – found a FINGERNAIL in our food – my husband had to spit it out, it was cooked into a pancake. Enough said. No manager got involved. Server was great. Will never visit again.

The biscuits and the honey will most likely be the high point of your meal but what the heck do you except for $15.00.
Coffee is decent, the bench booth seats are a cross between lumpy and squishy definitely not comfortable.
Our waitress was attentive, kept the coffee filled and even found me some of the proper taters, you know they ones I actually ordered.

First time in a restaurant since the covid-19 hit. The staff and waitresses had their masks on and had the 6 feet distance happening. Ooo yes the food was great.too!

Can’t remember server name but she was great came in was my table within 5 minutes got our drink orders came back and asked if we still needed a minute. Came back to table with a smile on her face and was right on it with our breads and sides. Food came out hot and so good I wish I knew her name but everything was spot on. Thank you

Steubenville Bob Evans always does a great job. The food is delicious and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. They keep the place clean as well…which is always a plus at a restaurant.

The computer system was down therefore they were not taking customers. Highly recommend having a back up system. Totally understand these problems happen but you should be able to accommodate customers with old school paper maybe and phone for cc payments.

Food was delicious, I had the red White and blueberry breakfast with pancakes, sausage and eggs. Everything was cooked perfectly. Service was lacking tho. Server never came back around to check for drink refills and we had to get up and seach for someone to get a Togo box . 2 stars for service!
