Great service! The kiosk for some reason modified no potatoes on everything and one of the teas was out but they remade/fixed everything immediately and were super nice about it. They werent busy but everyone was working really hard. Great team!

Ordered through Doordash – my dasher was great. However, the food – terrible and disappointing. I ordered a grilled Chalupa – keyword ‘GRILLED’ – received a raw shell that wasn’t even a Chalupa shell. Not to mention the prices have risen dramatically – 9.00 for that. Never again. If your not going to put out consistent quality food, then why even bother.

I paid 10 bucks for this bowl to look like slop. No one answers the phone which is bs bc I live 45mins away. Kept the food for 2 days in case they wanted to be petty, brought it back just to be ignored when I came in So this is me chalking the money and leaving a bad review. Not sure if it’s always like this or just for my particular visit today. Food was good. Dining room relatively clean and well stocked. But service is lacking. Had to wait long time. Orders coming out very slow, and lots of confusion on whose order is whose. Its not even during rush hours. I’ve been watching every car in the drive through need to pull around front, wait, and have their order brought out to them. I think if the staff just put a little pep in their step and paid closer attention to the orders things would be much better… for them, and us.

Horrible Experience – Beware of This Location
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. As a vegetarian, I was appalled to find beef in my Jalapeño Ranch Nacho Fries, which I had specifically ordered without meat. This is not just a dietary preference for me but a matter of personal and religious significance.
When I returned to the store to address the mistake, I was met with shocking indifference. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, a staff member handed me a replacement box in the most disrespectful manner, without any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake.
When I insisted on speaking to a manager, I was eventually met by an older lady named Sammy, who was extremely rude and dismissive. She threw the replacement box into the trash without even listening to my concerns and accused me of lying about the beef, claiming it was beans instead. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting.
I asked for a refund, which led to further confrontation. Sammy initially denied my request and asked me to come back in the morning to speak with David, who I assume is the manager. When I insisted on receiving my refund immediately, she reluctantly gave me a $5 bill but not without more threats and curses, even threatening to call the sheriff on me.
This experience has left me feeling disrespected and unheard. It’s unacceptable for any customer to be treated this way, especially when it concerns dietary restrictions and religious beliefs. I urge others to be cautious and double-check their orders if they decide to visit this location.
This level of negligence and rudeness should not be tolerated in any business. I hope this review serves as a warning and encourages the management to address these serious issues.
