You need to keep the lobby open for pickup. Waiting in drive through line to pickup order that’s ready is asinine. It’s ridiculous. And it poor buisness.

One of my favorite pick me up spots, this location is so we’ll managed and Jeff is always so kind bringing food to the tables many of locals also do book clubs and such here in the mornings. The interior is newly renovated and clean and the staff is phenomenal. Being visually impaired and in a wheelchair the tables are equipped with brail table numbers you can just grab a seat and enter your order online.

I’d like to start off and end by sharing my appreciation for the worker there named Hendricks. He was very bubbly and welcoming at the drive thru. Typically this place is very fast paced (which is understandable) and today I had to wait at the reserved spot for my food. Usually, they give me my food and rush me out. Today, Hendricks handed me food and had the courtesy of asking if there was anything I needed, “More napkins, ketchup, mustard any other sauces?” I was in shock, I asked for ketchup and he said of course. He came back with not the usual 3, but a handful! Thanks Hendricks! You’re amazing customer service made my day!

This location always has fast service…even when I have modifications to my order. It’s never been more than a three to four minute wait for them to run it out to the car. I have always gotten what I ordered…with very few exceptions. Most of the staff here are pretty friendly…and…efficient. It’s almost always busy here…no matter the time of day it is. They keep the drive-thru line moving quickly. Service inside is always decent too…with short wait times. They have recently remodeled the inside to have a more ‘modern’ look. Some of the seating…particularly the bench booths…aren’t super comfortable. Good thing there are other seating options. We’ll always stop back for a quick bite.

Sometimes when you are looking at a food establishment the best measure of capability and success is how well the establishment does the most simple and basic tasks. Forget the burger not looking anything like the image shown on the menu advertisements in store, this was just plain sloppy and lazy. When a basic staple of the McDonald’s menu comes out looking like this, then you are doing several things wrong. This isn’t just the front line worker, the management failed too here.

The McDonald’s on Lyndale has always been either a real good hit, or a real big miss. Recently, it has been the former, but it doesn’t make up for the issues my friends and I have had in the past. As paying customers, we came looking for food one night and they refused to serve us in the drive thru as their computer was down, we even offered them extra money as a “keep the change” motion. When they finally reopened, we tried ordering dinner and they said it had switched to breakfast, then they came out and changed the signs in front of us.
Some of the staff from this experience are still there, some are not. I hope that this location continues to be as good as it has been recently.

showed up at 330 in the drivethru and said they was closed. tell me why it says 4am on the website then. lights was on when i drove past but when we pull up to the drive thru they turned the lights off and said they were closed management- fix your employees cause what yall paying them for if they not even doing they’re jobs
