I was getting off work so my husband went to go pick up our online order. It gave me the option to put in what name to use for the pick up order so I put his. The order was supposed to be ready by 7:18 PM and he got there at 7:22 PM and they couldn’t find the order because it was not under his name. It had no name on it but luckily, I screenshot in the order number and gave it to him. Then they asked him to wait outside because the order was not ready. And he had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I wanted to call the restaurant to speak to a manager but instead he went inside to ask on an update, and the same person that told him to wait outside asked him what he was waiting for. The customer service is so terrible on top of waiting an additional 20 minutes for an order that was said it was ready. We live no more than eight minutes up the street and the food was cold as if it was sitting there for 20 minutes. We love this spot but since they started renovating, everything has gone downhill. I do not recommend eating here the service is terrible, there is so many other spots that will treat you better. DO NOT COME HERE!

After a really lame experience at “Love Boat Sushi” (do not go there!) I was on the hunt for well made, fresh, quality sushi. This place definitely delivered. I took my Japanese friend here for lunch and he approved. We ordered some of the lunch combos. Service was fast, everything was super fresh and tasty. The staff here are very responsive and polite as well.

One of the better sushi spots on this side of town. Reasonably priced with very healthy portions of fish on the Nigiri menu items. The rolls are great and they have an extensive selection to choose from. Wait staff is friendly, quick and attentive. We have added this to one of regular spots list!
