Brought in our Halibut that we caught the day before on a fishing charter and had it fried up. It was perfection! Best fish and chips we ever had! We loved their tartar sauce and the breading was light and crisp! Highly recommend!

Easily the BEST fried fish we have ever had, literally. So light and crispy with the perfect crunch and seasoning. The homemade dill sauce was out of this world, I could have stuck my spoon in it alone haha!! We did the option to have them fry up our fresh catch of halibut and it was the best decision; our boat captain suggested it and it was a home run. The onion rings were dang good too. Definitely a must-stop-by place in Homer!

Some of the best Fish and Chips I’ve had in America. Generous pieces of halibut coated in a thin, crispy layer of breadcrumbs with an absolutely perfect, fresh flavor. What was truly amazing was that the halibut wasn’t overly salted, and most importantly, everything was non-greasy. A reasonable portion of lightly salted fries, a small serving of coleslaw (could have been bigger), ketchup, lemon, and tartar sauce. Absolutely fantastic!!!

This was the most delicious fish and chips I have ever had in my whole 33 years of living , I’ve been to many seafood restaurants, states and countries and nothing came close to this!! I extremely recommend this food spot! Don’t make the mistake that i did and get a 3 piece , order the 5 piece Halibut, you will thank me later. it was well seasoned , super crunchy and juicy! At the same time I had fish juice just squirt out of my mouth on every bite !!! Someone tag Mark Wiens!!! he must come do a food review on this place, the staff is very welcoming !!! P.s I licked the plate, the cup, and sucked on my fingers ! No ketchup was needed

Hot, tasty, fresh! We ordered a 3 piece and a 5 piece halibut & chips and it did not disappoint! (Especially since we each got an extra piece) The sauce included was absolutely delicious! This is a food truck, but there is shared seating up on the boardwalk area. We saw several people bring their freshly caught fish fillets here and they will cook them for you.

Wow!!! When they say best spot on the spit they mean it! We took our fresh caught halibut here and it was phenomenal! Super friendly staff, quick service and it was DELICOUS. Cooked perfectly. Best halibut any of us have had. 10/10!

We caught a big gray cod earlier today and Hook & Cook fried it up. We had french fries, zucchini fries, and malasadas. Wow. We love this place.
Edit: We ate here both nights of a 2-day fishing trip. Cod the first night then rock fish. Devoured it both times.

Ordered right before they closed and they were cleaning up…. Was worried at first but honestly turned out to be one of my favorite meals of the trip! Fresh flaky halibut, great breading, best tartar sauce ever. Not greasy at all. Definitely recommend going here for fish and chips!
