We have been having trouble finding a good chinese restaurant until now. Our food was fantastic !! I got the Combination Orange Chicken that came with fried rice (at no extra charge, say what?) It also cane with soup (your choice), an eggroll and your choice of a chicken wing or a crab rangoon, I chose the chicken wing. My husband got the Pepper Steak and it also came with fried rice at no extra charge. Now lets about taste, My Egg Drop soup was very good, I just needed to add a smidge of salt, the fried noodles were very good. The Orange Chicken was very tasty, you could actually taste the orange in it. The eggroll was feesy made and piping hot when I got it and they arent afraid to season their eggrolls because with that and the duck sauce it was OMG! . The chicken wings were very good, hot and crispy and so good dipped in the duck sauce. My husband said his Pepper Steak had good flavor and the steak was very tender and the fried rice was plenitful on both of our plates. Our server was wonderful, she was very attentive to us and made sure we wanted for nothing, so 5 stars alone for the service. We will definitely be back so I can try other dishes from there, oh I can hardly wait!!

I’ve been eating Chinese food for 45 years, and there are only a handful of restaurants better than or equal to Hong Kong Star. I will drive the hour from my house to eat there. If I didn’t rate BBQ places for a living, I’d do Chinese places.

A place to visit over and over again! The best Chinese food in Cobb County, with the most relaxed atmosphere. You are made to feel like family the minute you enter. Awesome experience! The food is excellent and the service was amazing. I had the jalapeño shrimp and my guests had the mango shrimp and it’s hard to say which was best. We have been here many times and tried many of their menu items and all were delicious and the service is always awesome!

First of all beautiful décor inside. This is the BEST Mongolian Beef I have had in years. I asked for no white onion but extra green scallions. They made it perfect. My wife had Cashew Chicken and she loved it. Generous portions. Looking forward to going back.

Average Chinese food. My wife had Kung Pao Shrimp which was very spicy but average. I had Happy Family which was overcooked and bland. There was no scallops, the pork was tough. In addition the rug was extremely dirty. Will not return.

Went for dinner. Appeared to be one waitress, one bus boy and one server. It was busy and they couldn’t keep up. Wait times were long. Food was marginal. The hot and sour soup was good but everything else was drenched in heavy sauce. The shrimp & broccoli had a strange clear gel like sauce on it. You get a lot for your money ordering the dinner but flavors were lacking. Doubt we’ll go back.
