So they gave us the wrong puffs(pepperoni not cheese like ordered) and less than half our wings. I called to remedy and they said we would have to bring the whole thing back which is a Half hour drive and ya know.. Valentine’s Day. Unhelpful, and won’t be back to that location

It’s a quickly done and cheaply priced pizza shop. Not much to say but if you’re in a hurry, it’s a great place to pick up your grub. Parking is usually plenty of space and the service is good.

If I could leave zero stars, I would they were running a bit around the back playing tag. I guess I waited for five minutes. Nobody else was in the lobby. The girl who took my order was super rude, and I let her know she was rude after she took my order she went to the back for another five minutes while my food was sitting in the oven right in front of me and it was ready and then another very nice girl came and got my food very unprofessional. Like you applied for that job remember that!!!!!

I am highly dissatisfied with the service here. My 70 year old mother bought a pizza for the kids to eat , when we got home the kids each got a slice all 3 of them spit it out. The pizza was cold and stale ! We went back to being the pizza they wouldn’t replace because they said slices were missing , I asked if they wanted us to get the bitten pieces out the trash at home and Bring that back too. They would not replace the pizza or refund. The manager Melissa and workers were very rude and we left and left the pizza on the counter. Very upset. When I got home I called and asked for corporates number they said they didn’t have it. I’m more upset with the way they treated my elderly mother. I order from here frequently and will not any more.

Hot and Ready wasn’t exactly hot but still good and a great value. You can’t feed a family for less at any takeout restaurant than you can here. Clean and fast service. Will definitely return.
P. S. The crazy puffs are in my top 3 absolute favorite takeout snacks. So good! Try them!
