Came in here today to order lunch come back to pick it up 20 minutes later like they said. Guy packs up the food says ok you it’s ready! So I pay and leave drive all the way back to Bensalem take our food out of the bag and the only thing they got right in the order was chicken lo mein. We ordered sweet and sour chicken we got it plain no sauce no sauce on the side. So basically they handed me chicken nuggets. We order it with white rice they actually did get the rice right too. Other order was general Tao chicken w/ white rice and I open it and there is some orange rice in it. So they did t get this right either. I called them and told them they messed up our lunch I expect to hav them bring me the correct food that i ordered and paid for. He said no. So then i said refund my money then as this is not what we ordered nor will eat this now. He only refunded us $13.00 and didn’t make it right. I will no longer patronize this place and they only do take out. We have been coming here for years and I shouldn’t have to check the bag before leaving as that was his job to make sure it’s in there and the order is right. So for anyone who is ordering from there make sure you check your order before you leave as they are very incompetent and weren’t even busy.

The food is decent but I recommend that you always check your food before leaving. Also, beware that they ALWAYS take more time than they tell you on the phone. If they say 45 minutes it’s more like 1hour 15 mins. This time they forgot to give me 2 sides of white rice and 2 sides of chili oil that I paid extra for. When I called back they told me I had to return with all of the food and show them. All that just for white rice and chili oil?! And after waiting an extra 30 minutes?! Oh and my shrimp roll was burnt. I won’t be returning.

I would say the food in this restaurant is great! They are also very friendly. The price is reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and definitely will re-visit in the future.

Since they reopen the wait time is even longer and the food was terrible. The take out area is not managed well and the area is not big enough once eat in starts again. If you tell me 1 hr 15 mins that’s what I expect. Not get there 1hr 15 mins and wait another 30 mins. Still no eat in. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Used to be a once a week meal.

Apparently they can not get servers as there was no on site eating at this place last night. That is, no dinning in. The lead time on take-out orders was about 70 minutes. There were perhaps a dozen or so folks working diligently and quickly in the kitchen to fill the orders. Everything was VERY tasty, they do a great job of supplying good food. We spend almost $40 but got food for two meals each.

Was waiting for my pick up order when I seen one of the cooks go into the bathroom with his gloves on, walked out and headed back to the kitchen with same gloves on, didn’t wash his hands and kept same gloves on as they we’re preparing my food and boxing it up. I told tje young lady what had just happened and told her to cancel my order. I have been coming to this place for over 15 years and will never walk in that place again!

So disappointing. I loved there food before and now it is inconsistent and the wait to pick up food is ridiculous. Sometimes the food I’d amazing and you get good portions and other times the portions are very small, not saucy, hard and chewy. I was told an 45 min to pick up, so I went after an hour and still had to wait another half an hour. Going down hill since dine in closed.
