I placed an order tonight waited over an hour for it, which never came. When I called Hong Kong Kitchen they tried to tell me I had the order even though I did not. The offered to make it again but it would be another 50 minutes before I would see the second order. I asked for a refund and they told me to call BeyondMenu and hung up on me. I would not recommend ordering from them. This restaurant was one of my favorites but has seen a downward spiral the last few times I ordered from them.

Wonton soup is pure water no taste. Crispy noodles so old, you can’t eat them. Boneless ribs are terrible. I wasted my money, don’t waste yours, go somewhere else.

They have a lunch menu. I placed an order at 12:30pm. When I picked it up the cost was 2x and their response was “Oh, you wanted the lunch version? I thought you wanted the full version.” So, if you are ordering for lunch be sure to say it’s the lunch version. It was pretty clear it was just a money grab. They lost a recurring customer. Zero appreciation for the dishonesty.

First time going here, as I just moved to the area. The flavors are good and the food comes out steaming hot. I ordered for take out and waited in the restaurant. It was ready in less than 8 minutes. This is probably the most white meat I’ve ever received in my general tsos! My only wish is that it was a little more crispy.

Been going here for 6+ years, well priced good food. Management and driver are excellent. I often try to tip extra over the long years and they refuse me. These are great people running a great business.

I’ve been eating here for around two years, the food is good (nothing special) but my problem is the lack of integrity the cashier has. To anyone interested in ordering from here, make sure to keep note of what each item you order costs AND ask for a receipt after you pay. The other day I bought four items.
(Total should’ve been $35.82)
At the register the cashier told me the total was $37, I paid $28 in cash and put the rest on card expecting to be charged $9. When I got home and checked my bank account I saw I was charged $16 instead…which is insane! I don’t plan on going back to ask for the difference. I’m no longer supporting this business because they clearly lack ethics. If you choose to order from here be wary, or just don’t support them at all.
