My go to place for cashew chicken when i come down from Kansas City. Egg rolls are crispy and tasty and the cashew chicken is just right; not too large and very crispy. the sauce is excellent as well. The place is clean.

Delicious! Hong Kong Inn is the best Springfield style cashew chicken! This was our first time traveling this location, but we are familiar with the brand… Our other/ go to Hong Kong location was closed today. Glad we didn’t have to settle for some “off brand”.haha! Thank you for GOODness!

Worker didn’t even close the container to one of my orders so sauce spilt everywhere in the bag. The order taker was rude and unprofessional. I still prefer the sunshine location.

Way overpriced for what you receive. The food quality is poor and there is no bang for your buck. I don’t know what they are thinking selling their food at these prices. I got a Dr.Pepper and a cashew chicken combo plate. This cost $12.12. That’s too much for one person, especially for Chinese food. I used to like going here, but with the price hikes and quality of food going down, it’s not worth it anymore.

If you’re gonna eat at this location, go during the day because the quality of the food goes way down at night. I usually go for lunch and it’s always hot and fresh. I went tonight and it tasted like mush. Completely inedible. Threw it away after just a few bites

First time trying Springfield Cashew chicken. The service was very friendly. The food was good. Don’t expect typical Chinese food. It’s breaded like Popeyes chicken. The sauce is a little more like a gravy. Worth a try.

Very clean restaurant. Busy on Sunday afternoon, so food was fresh. However, it is a typical buffet. Staff is very friendly.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had in my life. It’s way overpriced. I wasn’t told that I would be charged extra for a mix of dark and light chicken. Usually it’s only if you get just white meat. A mixture is normal. $1.25 to mix. I got a large order of sweet and sour and there was barely any sauce and it didn’t have any flavor. Then I only got a tiny container of rice. Before I ordered I told the guy I hadn’t been there before and asked a question about the cashew chicken. He couldn’t answer. Crab rangoon was terrible it had no taste. The person on the intercom told me one total and the person at the window told me something else and he didn’t even look at me when he took my card. I’ll never go back.
