The restaurant I always visit is the bloomfield location; Iam being a customer and visiting these restaurants more that 11 years and food is amazing. Customer service is iffy, but today was really bad. It made me sad that I called to order a takeout for four people. The person who answered the phone. The lady was really short temper. Sure not patient at all, in a hurry like if she was bother, I come to pickup the food. I asked gently if I can have some ketchup and Salt for the food that is for 3 of my teenager boy’s. They only get me 5 little pouches of ketchup and 3 little pouches or salt. They don’t want to get me anymore. What it was pretty surprising. Second, when I asked if they put silverware they tell me is in the bag che k it out, as i suspected was none i ask can you get me the silverware, please because it’s a takeout, and they get annoyed with my request.
I think that is really sad that they behave this way because the food is amazing. Every time that I come to this restaurant, I get super satisfied with the food.To the point is; that I always order food to bring home eto .y family, That is how good the food is. But the service is terrible. I wish that you guys trained the ladies to be more polite and understandable with the customers. Because what is the point to go to a restaurant that you cannot request what you want or ? What you liked is like You are begging for service. It is really not acceptable still. I had to say food is amazing as always service. Unfortunately is really bad. Today. I don’t leave a tip because the service was bad. And i dont care if I dine in or order takeout, I always tip really well. Sorry, today I don’t leave a tip. Hopefully in the future So they changed a little bit that kind of service because it’s really poor thank you very much.

Will go back.
Today is was a simple salad we just asked for 3 items iceberg lettuce, mozzarella and gyro meat when we checked the item before leaving it had all items of a tossed when we asked them to fix it they clearly just picked out a couple of the ingredients we didn’t want instead of remaking it so when we got the salad back it looked ok until we got home and started eating it and found extra items in the bottom. For what we paid they should have made it right. Also how can you charge extra for pita…not good
REPLY TO OWNER’S RESPONSE: Really? You’re defending your actions by blaming the pandemic of 2020? Please stop blaming the pandemic. That was four years ago. Using the pandemic could be an excuse if this were 2020. Help might be hard to find, but there are many other eating establishments that don’t suffer the same issues. There is a simple rule in business. You provide the product and the service. We pay for for those products and services. It’s not difficult. Also, you claim people need to be patient. Patience is lost not because of good service, as well as good food. Patience is lost because we are spending good money for bad service and lousy food. Only you can fix this, not the customer with patience. That won’t work. Fix it and you might continue to stay in business. If not, the business is doomed as people have little tolerance for high priced, low quality food and service, as well as lame excuses.
