I ordered an iced cappuccino. I didn’t ask for sugar. What I received was an iced cappuccino with loads of sugar. I went back through the drive thru and asked to replace it with another product since no where on the menu it says the drink comes with a sugar mix. The person on the intercom told me that I would have to pay for it. What it costs them 10 cents? Anytime I go to Dunkin or Starbucks or any other coffee shop they ask you. Do you want cream or sugar? What a cheap store ! Never going back.

This is a weekend go-to for my wife and me. The employees at this location are amazing! Always nice and super quick, their food is superior to the other chain breakfast places and a much better value. For Harry Potter lovers they have butter beer, although we usually opt for an iced coffee (admittedly sometimes hitting the Dunks across the way if we have a real hankering for one of their lattes).

The girls here were so nice to us. Our drinks (barbie drink and raspberry lime Ricky) we’re amazing! They even helped answer a few questions I had with no problem and a smile. Store was clean and service was quick. Will definitely be back.

Had a nice, albeit brief, chat with the owner yesterday. Told him how very nice his staff always were whenever I go through the drive through. Placed my order and went to the window to pick it up and told the woman at the window how I spoke to the owner and how I praised the staff. She said thank you very much. He will be very happy to hear that. Then she says, by the way, I’m the owners sister. We have a few laughs and I got my order and drove off a happy customer. I never did get her name. Anyway, another great encounter.

Honey dew is great. Got dougnuts and muffins to go and where right on. Also several coffees they made each coffee correct and was specific on what i wanted. The drive thru did a great job. Had my dog with me and they offered a treat for him as well. He was very happy getting a treat as was i.

Very accommodating staff and delicious menu. I particularly love the frozen caramel coffee (this tastes more like an old school Dunkin coffee coolatta than Dunkin’s own frozen coffee does) and the breakfast burrito. The hot Chile sauce is delicious (I cover my burrito in it )-I need to find myself a bottle! I also love their chocolate chip muffins and if you ask, they will grill and add butter and make it even more delicious. Will definitely be making you guys a part of every early work day!
