Wow! This may have been the best dining experience we’ve ever had! The place was quiet and quaint – an old house that had been converted to a restaurant. The dining area had maybe 8 tables, making for an intimate evening. It almost felt like we had our own private chef for the night. The server treated us with elegance and just the right amount of friendly familiarity. But, the star of the show was the meal itself. We had the Apricot and Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast. It was a surprising potpourri of delightful flavors and textures. We topped off the evening with a glass of Hungarian dessert wine called “Royal Tokaji” also known as, “The wine of kings and the king of wines.” We’ll be back to try the Chilean Sea Bass Bourride.

My wife and I came here looking for a tasty, made-from-scratch meal, and we were quite impressed! We ordered the focaccia appetizer, which was delicious! The bread was very fluffy and the sauce and cheese were self-serve to your liking. I got the steak, which came with an amazing sauce and veggies. My wife got the sea bass and she loved it! The service was some of the best we’ve had.

I highly recommend this place! You won’t regret it!

Absolutely dreamy! Some of the very best food I’ve had in Southern Utah. The lamb cigars were light, with the perfect blend of creamy and spicy sauces. The halibut was buttery and all of the flavors complimented each other beautifully. If you can, sit on the patio – it’s delightfully charming. The service was friendly, the food was incredible and the atmosphere can’t be beat.

There’s no pretense to this little bistro, surprisingly tucked away in Santa Clara’s historic district. Its name reflects the proprietors/chefs who design, prep, and create every meal as if their names depend on them, and they succeed. Having dined a number of times, I look forward to see how their menu reflects the season and availability of herbs and produce from their garden, along with their craft in preparing a variety of proteins – nothing is upstaged on every plate, it’s all delicious and well considered for their patrons. Tee is delightful and can fill you in on menu nuances without being obvious, and knows the kitchen so well that any of her recommendations will not disappoint. The pioneer home that houses their tiny kitchen and modest front of house encourages an intimacy and social experience that encourages the bistro’s best intentions.

100/10 experience! If I could give Rylu’s Bistro a 10 star review I would. I was absolutely blown away by not only the quality of the food, but also the service. Tee was amazing! One of, if not thee best waitress I’ve ever had. She made our experience one of a kind. I will say hands down the best restaurant in Southern Utah. In all categories. Food, service, atmosphere, etc. My new favorite spot!

I tried this place once for lunch a couple years ago and was not that impressed; however, my wife recently wanted to go for dinner for her birthday and I am so glad she brought me back for a second chance. The food was fabulous with fresh ingredients. Perfect spot for an intimate date night and sharing dishes. Save room for dessert as well. Wonderful experience with a dinner menu you will not find in this area.
