Perfectly toasted pepperoni pizza with fresh basil on top. The meat Stromboli was delish as well. Skipped the pesto for red sauce on the Stromboli. Forty ninth blueberry cream soda and root beer added to the meal. Perfect food, weather and atmosphere. Not to miss in Homer! The staff were welcoming and the food came out quick. Pet friendly too

I got the BBQ Mac N Cheese with pork belly. Holy heavens it was delicious. Soooo good. Little expensive, but it was a pretty large serving size. Plenty of nice seating outside, some inside.

Fantastic pizza. The crust tastes so good. The bottom of the crust is crunchy, but the rest of the dough is soft. Kind of like a French baguette? I don’t know- I’ve never had crust like this! So good! And the service was great too

The owners of this fine establishment have been serving up the best fare in Homer for the last 20 years. Home Slice is a return to their humble roots of the days of Fat Rack pizza back when Evan set up shop in Alices champagne palace. Adding the class and sophistication of their previous restaurant “the Little Mermaid” this cozy little restaurant on the Spit is our go-to summer Pizza, Sandwich and Dessert spot. Best casual food and service in Homer.

Walked in at 6:30 PM and they said it’s a two hour wait on pizza, but the other menu items were available? Pizza a week before was nicely toasted but not burnt, a nice change from Fat Olive’s under baked pizza. The hot wing fries were terrible. Frozen fries with way too much seasoning.

Would give a zero if I could. Wait staff is oblivious and rude. Stood in line about 15 minutes waiting to order. Finally a seat opened up at table by bar so went to sit there to eat in, bartender talked to me and said was OK to sit there, cleaned my table off for me, waited about 10 more minutes and she never came back to take order despite staring right at me multiple times while walking around aimlessly, a seat opened at main bar so moved there hoping she would take order. She never did despite looking at me multiple times again while she walked around. Finally another lady came from the back and asked if id been helped. I tokd her no that id been waiting for a while. She called me a liar to my face and said I hadn’t been there that long. Chose to eat elsewhere, no need to call people trying to patronize your business and give you money liars or be anything less than hospitable. I understand being busy but absolutely no reason to call people liars or be rude.

bangin pizza. crust had excellent browning and the sauce was great. recommended for any pizza aficionados visiting the spit. tried basic cheese and pepperoni – pepperoni gets greasy, but still great pizza.
