Megan and her restaurant are gems in Colorado Springs! Because she is so meticulously conscientious about food allergies, Megan is very knowledgeable about every ingredient that goes into her recipes. She was very considerate of my vegan diet and made me a special Hott Rhonda without any animal products. Delicious food, great cozy atmosphere, and wonderful company can be found here!

Best dedicated gluten free restaurant in the Springs! The owner, Megan, is phenomenal. From remembering dietary restrictions to putting a smile on your face, she’ll make your week! Her soft pretzel twists are amazing, the Buddha Style bowls are great and she even has you covered if you want dessert. Last time I had an almond cookie with maple icing. Yum, yum, yum! Relaxed setting, and she’s all about community. This is my weekly lunch spot and it should be yours as well!

The main issue with gluten free options (other than them not being available) is how bland and crummy they taste. The options here are super flavorful and taste really well. It’s hard to not eat gluten when you’re craving all your favorite comfort foods, but this shop is going to my first place when eating out!

The food is ALL gluten free! Everything we tried here was amazing. The tortilla soup was very flavorful and the large size was huge! The fajitas were also very good and her desserts were the perfect finish for everyone. I am so glad I stumbled onto this little spot! The owner is a real sweetheart too so the conversation was an absolute pleasure. The weekly rotating menu is icing on the cake!
