Wow wow wow!!!! Delicious authentic Polish cuisine. So friggin good!!! The bread, an appetizer, it worth the visit alone. Heavenly. Do yourself and your mouth a favor, eat here. I’ve never been so thoroughly impressed by a first visit.

Went there to try this new Polish restaurant. The Interior and Ambience are nice. The waitress is nice and friendly. The food was ok not that authentic but not bad either.

The decorations in the restaurant was really cute, very homey. The food was so good. They give you pate and bread to start. The pate was very good but the bread was dry. For dinner, We had the homemade platter that had ribs that falls off the bone, homemade grill kielbasa (my favorite), white keilbasa, bigos, potatos, pierogies, saukerkraut and the entire thing was wonderful! My husband and son had potato pancakes and beef goulash and that was very good as well. I had this Tymbark raspberry lemonade that was so good. Not tart or overly sweet. For dessert we had the angel wings that was dusted with powder suger and chocolate sauce to dip them in. We will definitely be back. So nice to see Hackettstown getting some really good restaurants.

First time trying dinner here, usually don’t like to try new foods to go, usually to much uncertainty. Home made exceeded all expectations! Delicious, every single thing we ordered was amazing. We had the beef goulash dinner with Hungarian pancakes and Pierogis. Everything was packaged separately so that nothing became soggy. Staff was super friendly and even told us about a waiting area down by the river. Not super expensive and definitely worth every penny can’t wait to go back for a dine in experience!!!

I visited Home Made with my partner during opening weekend. A friend recommended the place, saying they offered authentic Polish food. I can’t speak enough about the customer service experience. They were welcoming, attentive, and responsive from the door. Very smooth experience, and the high demand from customers was impressively well managed.
The beet soup came recommended by a sweet, handsome host.. I believe his name was Dom. Delicious! And served in an authentic Polish mug!
