I ordered a 6″ cold cut combo with provolone. I didn’t watch her assemble it because I was getting a bottled drink. After the sandwich was toasted, I asked for lettuce tomato and regular mayo. I watched her put the mayo on. When I got home, I discovered that the sandwich was loaded with mustard which dripped into my clothing. I don’t use mustard. It didn’t taste anything like the sandwich I expected. It was disappointing.

I go to sit down after I ordered my food… and none of the tables were wiped off and food all over the floor! None of the staff are even trying to come clean it up…they are busy talking amongst each other!

Unsatisfied and disappointed!! Explained to Jadon the soup was over cooked showing him the color that it wasn’t right and I asked for a refund. He stated he wasn’t over cooked and I’ll have too come back Monday for a refund when a manager is available. Customer satisfaction and customer service sucks bad!

The owner is super nice and always seems to be helping her staff, especially when busy. I’ve been there now a couple of times. They’re very fast and efficient. Great service and food. Another location would not accept my coupon. I called the owner and she let me know I could come there and she was willing to honor the coupon unlike the SUBWAY® on Eastbay. I appreciate her, and know that not all franchises accept them.
